Chapter 10

I still cannot believe that Esme turned out to be my mate, its unreal. I'm so happy it was her she is amazing I've loved her for a long time and now I know why. Deep down I must of know that she was my mate.

Tonight will be my first time spending the night with her, I promised her that we wouldn't rush into anything. I haven't told her about the heat she would experience soon. I keep forgetting that she doesn't know a lot about werewolves. She is such a natural at everything, she's mastered training sessions. Even Hank said she was a natural, which is a great quality in an Alpha.

"Hey, babe I forgot to mention something to you about mated wolves" I say with unease. She looks at me with worry I immediately step in, "its nothing bad, but I just wanted you to know that Female wolves go into a heat sometime after finding their mates. A heat is like the need to mate with their partner, its described as a heat because females say the they feel a heat go through their bodies during that time and the only way to control it is to mate aka have sex." I explained with as much detail as I could manage.

She nods her understanding, "alright." She then heads into my shower to ge ready for bed, I had some of my enforcers fetch her things from Lizzie's parents place and move them in my room. All her things are now in my room, 'well, our room. Man I love saying that."

I wait for her to finish showering, and when she comes out with her hair wet and wearing a tank top and panties I almost fuck her right there. Almost like she sees the lust in my eyes she giggles and pinches her nose toward me, silently saying that she I stink.

After my shower I look over to my bed and notice that she's already asleep. I slide in next to her and wrap my arms around her.

The next morning I wake up to her snuggled up into my chest and I look up at my ceiling and wonder how did I get so lucky. I watch her and wait for her to get up.

She slowly opens her eyes and our eyes meet I give her a quick kiss on the lips which causes her to squeal and put the covers over her face as she screams, "MORNING BREATH" I break into a laugh and try to pry the covers away from her. Once I manage to free her face I grab her face and kiss her all over, "I don't care"

Suddenly my door flies open and we are met with Alex and Jade standing there looking ready to fight, "I heard a scream Alphas." Alex states, which causes Esme and I to break into laughter. They just close the door and walk away.

When we finish laughing, I chase her around my room till she makes into the bathroom where I can't reach her.

We finish getting dressed and head downstairs for breakfast. Esme and I sit next to Lizzie and Luke, she's been dying to talk to Lizzie. "I cant believe Oliver is your mate" Lizzie squeals.

The rest of breakfast the girls talk about every detail of how there night went. Some things are just TMI, one detail that caught my attention was that apparently Lizzie and Luke had already mated fully marks and all. I can't help feel jealous because I really want to do that too. But I promised Esme that we would take things slow.
