The user can do anything a ghost can do and move stuff around while not touching it at all, the user can go through walls and fly around
The user can also disappear to different locations as long as they know where they are going to, since they have everything of a ghost their body temperature is really cold due to the fact that they can't get enough heat in their bodies so they are cold blooded
Drawbacks: lost of energy and frostbite
