The user can create a bright light from their hands, and it can activate if the user has touched something with all five fingers, the user has to wear gloves enable for them not to activate their quirk, the light can make their opponents go blind or have trouble seeing for awhile
(Kinda like ochako when she touches something with all five fingers she can make them float)
