Once the user touches someone they can manipulate the person's body to their liking, this causes the user to wear special gloves which helps out when they wanna do physical contact with a person, the user can not deactivate their quirk, the time limit on the manipulated person will last up to 47 minutes but if they practice alot than the time limit will increase
