The user can control blood to their will and they can even morph the blood to anything they think of, they can control blood if its outside the body or inside the body which if its still inside the body they can control the person as well but if they use their own blood they will need to finish what their doing quickly if they used lots of blood since it will count as blood loss and end up dieing
Drawbacks: dizziness and lost of strength
