The user can create lighting out of their body, their quirk increases their speed and strength, they can also control lighting without even coming from their body, the user will also have to be careful on not to overuse their quirk and if they do than their body will have lighting scars and their insides will slowly get damaged, if they ever have lots of lighting in them than they will be super energetic until they release some of it
