Chapter 9

The alarm goes very early in the morning. Half asleep, the two teens pack everything they need and make their way to the others.
„Doesn't seem like you had a good sleep."-„How could we?"-„Yeah, right. Maybe you have a bit time in the Quinjet. We called your school and said, you two won't be here for the next week."-„Thanks."

Nat and Tony connected to S.H.I.E.L.D., who will watch over everything. But then, Fury cones here in person.
„Morning, everybody. I know it's very spontaneous, but I would like to have one of our agents with you, besides agent Romanoff and agent Barton. OK, come in!"
And with that, Zach comes into the hangar. In a battle suit. Y/n's mouth claps open. Peter stares at him. „Aren't you...?"
Loki looks confused, but as he looks to Y/n, he realizes it.
„Hello... again."-„Hello, what was your name again?"-„Zach, Mr Rogers. Zach Brown."-„Welcome, Zach."-„So, good luck."
As they are ready to fly, Y/n walks over to Zach. „I thought, you don't have full access to everything and only a level-1 agent."-„Well, I got trained for everything and director Fury wanted me to join you."-„And you couldn't tell me?"-„It should be a secret. I'm sorry for not telling you."-„It's fine."
Peter rolls his eyes and Thor, who's walking next to him, realizes it.
„Man of Spiders. What's the problem?"-„The whole thing with these two. I'm just not the romantic guy right now, that's all. And now I have these 2 lovebirds on my side."-„Oh, I understand. But they won't have so much time, anyways. So kid, you should concentrate now and let them be."-„Ok, thanks, Thor."
He sits down in the last corner if the jet, while the other two sit down together anywhere else.
Peter falls asleep and as he opens his eyes again, he looks over to his best friend. And then it happens: Zach tells Y/n something, he can't really understand and then... Y/n kisses Zach.
Peter watches the whole scene. He's really happy for his best friend, but he doesn't really like Zach.
„Alright, Avengers! 2 hours to go. -FRIDAY, could you fly please?"-„Sure, boss."
Tony stands up from his pilot seat and walks over to his protege.
„You alright kid?"-„Uhm... yeah. I'm fine." Peter tries to hide his trembling hands, but without success. „Nervous?"-„Uh.. yes. I never fought against these."-„Promise me one thing: Watch out ad take care of yourself."-„I try."
On the other side, Nat goes over to Y/n. Zach's not here at the moment.
„Everything alright?"-„Mh, all fine. Just nervous, but I'm fine."-„Good. Tony tells Peter the same. I want you to take care of yourself and watch out."-„I will, Nat." Then Zach comes back again. „Oh, I will let the two of you alone."

„So, what's the plan, Steve?"-„We will make 3 teams: One saves May and Jack. The other two start fighting against Hydra. When team 3 brought May and Jack to the jet, the will help the other teams. Team 1: Thor, Clint, Nat, me. Team 2: Strange, Loki, Tony, Zach. Team 3: Y/n, Peter, Wanda, Sam and you, Bucky."-„Alright. Understood."

One hour later, they arrived in Russia. Bucky told FRIDAY the exact coordinates and landed there. A bit away from the secret place of Hydra. They grab all their weapons and sneak to the basis.
Oh my god... what a horrible place...
