Another day, another life. The sun rises, the moon sets.

Panibagong araw, panibagong plates. 'Yan talaga ang motto ko sa buhay. Wearing my flared jeans partnered with a yellow cami top, I'm here standing in front of Catherine's house with my white stilettos and Chanel bag. I've been ringing her doorbell for about an hour now. Mamaya pa naman ang plano naming mag-bar but she made me come here early 8 am to say her good news. I like good news, especially when it's about work or their love life. I am committed to my work and my own happiness. I've always dreamed of becoming an architect and it happened but my happiness was invalid without my parent's support. Until now, galit pa rin sila sakin for not taking medicine but I know to myself that my decisions were all right.

"Nahiya naman ako sa'yo, gusto mo ba ng archi? May kilala ako, reto kita?," Biro ko sa kanya sabay kindat.

She went upstairs to fix herself and I followed her. Nacucurious pa rin ako sa sinabi niyang good news at paniguradong 'di ako makakatulog kung hindi man niya 'to sasabihin ngayong araw.

A few minutes later, I heard the doorbell ringing. Alam ko na kung sino 'to.

"Architect!"

The great Doctora Maureen's wearing her usual outfit. Boyfriend jeans with her scheduled tanned tube top partnered with stilettos made her stunning as ever.

With her morena skin, Engineer Chantal's brown bohemian dress hugs her waist perfectly.

Attorney Nathalie's floral off shoulder partnered with maong shorts looks simple yet beautiful enough to define her soft personality.

"Mga excited!"

Sabay-sabay kaming napatingin sa hagdan. Catherine with her casual dress graces the stair's very well.

Nagulat naman ako nang biglang tumayo si Nathalie at pumalakpak. Mukhang masisilayan ko na naman ang kabaliwan ng abogadong 'to. Halimaw sa korte, baliw sa personal. She may look like a snob pero mas jolly pa siya kay jollibee.

Kahit kailan talaga 'tong babaeng 'to. Paniguradong may problema na naman 'to sa love life niya kaya nagpapakalasing pero in the end magkakabati rin naman sila. Nagsayang lang sila ng alak kung rurupok din sila sa huli.

A few minutes later, nakita ko ang mga kaibigan niya. If they're here, it is really possible that the most hated person was also here. Kung nandito nga siya, wala na 'akong pake do'n. I guess this bar is big enough para 'di kami magkita. Tadhana na siguro kung magkita man kami. Tadhanang sisirain ang gabi ko.

I joined Nathalie and Catherine on the dance floor leaving Maureen and Chantal with their boyfriends.

Nang napagod ako sa kakasayaw, I decided to go outside to have a fresh air. Slightly tipsy I walked straight to the exit until I bump with a man. His broad shoulder catches me perfectly, sana pati buhay at puso ko saluhin niya na din. I was dreaming of my prince charming pero panira 'tong lalaki na 'to. Nang nakabalik na 'ko sa wisyo, I suddenly smelled a familiar scent. His manly perfume brings back so much memories.

"Long time no see, Architect Lopez,"

Parang tumigil ang mundo ko ng muli ko siyang nasilayan. Captain Matthew Jason Villegas stays handsome as ever. His features were more defined and his eyes remained angelic and seraphic. My captain really came back but surely, not for me.

"Long time no see, Captain."
