To quarrel or argue.

It had been one week since my fight with Maia, at first it was hard to watch her sit with Angie, talk with Angie and basically do anything with Angie. Kaleb tried to help cheer me up, bringing me an ice cream at lunch and coming over all the time.

Now at first i thought Kaleb was just trying to get me into his pants but after a couple of weeks of knowing him he seemed like a nice, well basically he actually did have a heart and wasn't some no heart monster.

Today was Valentines day and just like every year, i had planned to sleep in till 1pm and then watch reruns of supernatural and then fangirl over Dean and Sam Winchester and considering my brother's name was Dean made it slight uncomfortable but lets not talk about that. I guess some plans are due to be ruined. As i awoke from my slumber i checked my phone to see it was only 10am, groaning i grab my pillow pushing it over my eyes to block out to view of the bright sun that shone from underneath my curtain.

As i slept for another 10 minutes, i heard a knock at my door. Groaning i tried to force myself back to sleep but the person kept knocking, moving over to the side of the bed i fumbled for my phone that sat on my bedside table but knowing me my hands missed and i fell off my bed with a loud thump.

Rubbing my head i groaned even more, pulling myself off of the hard floor i walked to my door opening it to see Dean, an annoyed look plastered on his face as he held a bouquet of roses in one hand and a large box of chocolates in the other.

"Awh Dean i can't believe you got me some chocolates, i know we haven't got along in the past but i'll forgive you" i tried to grab for the chocolates when he moved his hand away

"Ew, Katy these aren't for you it's fo Lia she told me she would finally agree to go out with me if i gave her something for valentines day"

"Oh" i scratched my neck awkwardly "She will love the chocolates but isn't she like a model or something don't they have a rule or something?"

"Damn it!" he smacked his forehead turning towards me, nodding and then disappearing back into his room.

Wow my brother is so hooked.

Well i am up so i might as well get food, making my way to the other side of the house i hummed to Jet Pack Blues by Fall out boy. When i made it to the kitchen i looked around in the kitchen trying to find something suitable for breakfast. Giving up i closed the fridge door only to be opened again by myself grabbing a piece of pizza and placing it in the microwave.

Just as i was about to grab my pizza from the fridge i heard a knock at the front door. Dean who magically heard the soft knock ran down the stairs zooming to the door. Taking a bite of my pizza a saw a girl, her long dirty blonde hair had been tied up into a perfect ponytail, she wore a red crop top matched with a black skirt. Judging by the way it matched her skin tone she could pull of a paper bag. Looking down at my baggy Fall out boy t-shirt and black sweat pants i was embarrassed, shrugging i took another bite of my pizza.

"Deaney you shouldn't have!" the blonde leaped into my brother arms before kissing him.

Letting out an unusual sound, i pulled my eyes away from the disgusting mess i looked at my phone to see i had no new messages. Ugh this valentines day is going to be great, trapped in a house with two people who are probably going to do it all day.

Hearing another knock on the door i teared my eyes away from my phone and to the door expecting Dean to get as he was sitting on the couch right next to the door.

"Katy will you get that?" He asked a smirk plastered on his face.

"Yeah sure let me just come from the other side of the room to open the door that is right next to you!" Groaning i stood up and made my way to the door, which by the way was further away then i thought. Opening the door i recognized the familiar sandy blonde locks and perfect Jawline, there in my doorway stood Kaleb James.

"Happy Valentines Day Katy Cat!" He smirked handing me some chocolates before inviting himself in.

"I'll let you stay just because you gave me chocolate" i said closing the door

"Your welcome by the way" He replied walking over to the couch which sat Dean and Lia sucking each others faces off.

"Little Summers" he raised his eyebrows at the young couple "I see you two spreading the Valentines cheer"

"Holly Crap! You are Kaleb James how come you are here?" Lia squeeked

Kaleb chuckled "Nice pick Dean."

"She's a model" Dean added

"Well that's a bonus" Kaleb smirked before turning around and seeing me, my mouth agape. "What? Can't a guy have a little fun"

Rolling my eyes i walked to my room opening the door and slamming it in Kaleb's face. He opened the door the signature smirk had been wiped from his replace and now replaced with a frown.

"Slamming the door on your valentine is rude Katy hasn't your parents taught you anything" he fake pouted

"They told me never to bring assholes in my room"

"Well looks like little Katy broke a rule, i have to say i am proud"

"Thanks Kaleb, means a lot" i sarcastically replied.

The rest of the day consisted of watching the first 3 spiderman movies and eating tacos. To my surprise Kaleb was actually a very good cook.

"So where are your parents?" Kaleb asked as we sat down stuffing our faces with tacos.

"Work." I shrug watching the famous Kiss in the rain scene for the 1793718192 time. Hearing a bing coming from my laptop i crawled over to it stuffing the rest of the taco in my mouth.

Logging on i saw i had a new tip coming from the annoymous blogger who had sent me the 'helpful' guide to becoming the new 'it' girl.

Dear Katy,

I see i you have been doing as i asked, Great working you're way to the top but the way i see it you could still disappear and only one person would notice. Yourself.

Look at youself Katy, your family hates you, your only friend Maia hates you and your stuck with Kaleb James who could care less about you. So ask yourself Katy, do you really want to be known as the high school loser who never got into a college because she struggled to come up with a story.

Now here's an idea, write about your precious little friend Maia, or maybe even Kaleb and i'm sure you wil be granted into a college of your choice or better yet made Prom Queen or Valedictorian. You don't want the secret of you loosing our virginity to the one and only Kaleb James and then being ditched by him go viral? Or maybe that you heated on your science test last year... and oh that would ruin your chance at ever getting into college. You would be the school Joke, not that you aren't one already.

Groaning i shut my computer and turned away and faced the tv screen only to see Kaleb's face in front of it.

"Who was that?" He asked

"Just an email from my parents saying that they won't be back for a few days"

Of course i felt bad for lying but i mean who is going to want to tell the most popular boy in school that they need to write a story about them in order to get into the college of their choice and not be the joke of the school.

It was time to find everything about Kaleb James and that meant i had to befriend him.

A writer has got to do what a writer has got to do...

I am so sorry for the lack of updates! School started and it is getting pretty hectic and i've also been procrastinating.

I promise to update a lot now and make the chapters longer!
