Lisa’s POV~
Today we were packing for our summer vacation. The whole family is going and I didn’t really want to go. It’s like being stuck with your whole family for two months. We’re going to Aruba. I’ve never heard of it or been there but I don’t really want to go because I’m really going to miss my friends. This year will be our last year together and I can’t even hang in the summer with them. Well, I guess I have to go because my mom insisted. It’s our last summer together also because I’m going to college.
My name is Lisa summers. I’m 17 years old and I live with my mom, dad, little brother and little sister. My mom’s name is Katie; my dad’s name is Lionel. My sister’s name is Demi and my brother’s name is Perry. I live in Miami in a cozy house. It’s not to big nor to small. Just how I liked it.
Anyway, back to packing. Ok, I have my underwear, tops, shorts, jeans. Oh yeah! my cosmetics.
Suddenly I heard my mom screaming. “Lisa? Are you done packing?”
“Almost mom, wait a sec!”
Ok, I got my cosmetics. How am I going to fit all of this in my suitcase? I dropped everything neatly and try to close it. It doesn’t close.
“Mom! Can you help me close my suitcase?”
“Sure, I’ll be up in a second.”
My mom came up the stairs. She sat on the suitcase and I closed it.
“Thanks ma”
“OK EVERYONE IN THE CAR!” my mom screamed almost making me deaf.
I walked down the stairs and we all piled up in the car.
“Lisa?”
“Check”
“Perry?”
“Check”
“Demi?”
“Check”
“Lionel?”
“Check”
“So I guess we have everyone. Let’s get this vacation on the road guys!”
Here we go. 3 hours in the airplane en a 20 minutes car ride with my family. FUN (note the sarcasm)

Evan POV~
“Mom, what do I have to pack?” I asked my mom.
“Just pack shirts, pants, shoes, cosmetics, and everything you thing you’ll need.” My mother answered.
I sighed. Here we go. Packing everything I need. My family is going on a two month vacation in Aruba. It’s this really beautiful island. They say one happy island. So I hope it’s true.
My name is Evan Jacobs and I’m 17 years old. I live in California. I live with my mom, dad and brother.
My mother’s name is Laura, my father’s name is Eric and my brother’s name is Joel.
I’m really excited to go on this vacation because we didn’t have a vacation in like 5 years and finally my mom and dad have enough money to go on a vacation.
I packed my shirts, pants, shoes and hair products. My mom keeps calling them cosmetics but I thing that’s to girly for me. I’ll stick to hair products.
“Are you guys done packing?”
“Yes mom”
“I’m done honey!” my dad screamed.
“Joel, are you done?” my mom asked.
“Yes mom I’m done”
“Okay everyone in the car!”
I picked up my suitcase and put it in de car. I really hope this vacation is going to be fun. Because I’ve never heard of Aruba before. Neither have my friends. So it’s going to be a surprise for everyone. One thing I know is that the beaches are really pretty. We saw pictures on the website.
I picked up my IPhone and went to my songs. I clicked shuffle and the song that came was Party Rock Anthem from LMFAO. My dad started driving the car and we were on our way to the airport.

Lisa’s POV~
When we got to the airport everyone jumped out of the car and started getting our luggage. Everyone is exited except me.
All I wanted to do this summer was to find my summer love. I guess that’s not going to happen in Aruba. I really hope it’s a fun island. Because nobody has ever heard of it before and I wanted to have a fun vacation.
We got to the entrance of the Miami airport and my mom and dad checked us in.
“Lisa, bring your luggage and tell Perry and Demi to bring theirs to” my mom said.
“Sure mom” I replied. “Perry and Demi, you guys mom says bring your luggage to check in”
They all groaned but still did it. We walked together and they put our luggage in de weight thingy.
“Ok guys” my mom said “let’s go in”
We walked in and find a place to sit. Now, let’s wait ‘till they board the plane.

Evan’s POV~
We got to the airport and everyone is exited. We can’t wait! We checked in and waited until they boarded the plane.
Well I really hope this is going to be a fun vacation.
