The Hunters

We got back to camp around noon and everyone was doing an activity. Clove, Natasha, and Pepper went to train with their daggers, Rue went to the infirmary, Tony and Clint went to their cabins, Wade went canoeing with Sapphire, Pietro went for a run, Rayna went to some of her cabin mates who were fighting with each other, Harry went to the fields, and Wanda, Sam, and I met up with Johanna at the arena. When we got there Johanna was fighting with Glitter and Mason the son and daughter of Aphrodite.

"What is going on here?" I ask as we walk over to Johanna.

"Glitter here was just insulting my mother," Johanna said while Sam held her back and Wanda took her twin Axes.

"Glitter, Mason get out of here before she kills you," I said and they walk away.

"Why did you tell them to go away?" Johanna asked as she grabbed her axes from Wanda.

"We don't need you murdering someone and then getting kicked out," Sam said while we watch her throw one of her axes at a target.

Wanda and I sword fight until we heard a hunting horn.

"The hunters are here," I said and Johanna stopped throwing her axes.

"I wonder how they will react since they now know that you hid Cate?"

"They will be mad but they will have to get over it or Cate might not survive," I said as I start to walk to the entrance.

"WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US CATE WAS WITH YOU!?" Pearl yelled as she put her dagger to my throat.

"She asked me not to tell you," I told her as I take the dagger off my throat.

"Where is she?" Avery asked, holding Pearl back.

"She is in the infirmary with Rue," I told her and all the hunters walked to the infirmary.

"They are so going to kill you," Wade said as he handed me, Sapphire.

"I'm surprised Artemis didn't kill me," I said letting Sapphire play with my hair.

"We all were," Natasha said walking up to us.

"We should go to the pavilion. Lunch is in 10 minutes," Pepper said as she and the others besides Rue came over.

When we got to the pavilion the hunters were there calming Pearl down.

"Pearl I'm sorry I didn't tell you about her but she made me swear on the river Styx," I said handing Sapphire to her. "This is my goddaughter Sapphire and Cates, daughter."

"She's beautiful," Avery said stroking her hair.

"Cate needs the golden fleece to live and if she doesn't she will die," Rue said walking up to us.

"We need a quest to get it and we don't have one," one of the older hunters said.

I was about to say something but Chiron said, "Campers we are going to play capture the flag with the hunters." All the campers grown and the hunter's cheer. "The rules are the same as always and the team captains are Pearl and Luna. After everyone eats you will all meet with your teams." When he was done talking we all went to our tables to eat.
