All Lies

I woke up in the arms of my husband Jack. We have been married for the past twelve years. Our marriage has been a happy one and we soon were gonna give birth to our child Bartholomew. I turned to my husband, giving him a solemn kiss. He looks me dead in the eye.
"Crystal, you have to wake up now."
"What?..." I ask dumbfounded
"You know what I'm talking about, stop holding on." He growls growlily.
"No please, I'm not ready, I'm not ready. Please just one more day." I cry out
"It's time Crystal." He says solidly and places a kiss on my knee.
Everything goes black....
I open my eyes, a blaring white light blinding me. I blink a couple of times and look around. I'm in a hospital. In a bed. I have an IV hooked up to me and I'm in a hospital gown. I look to my left and I see another patient in the bed next to me. I-It's Jack
"Jack?.." I rasp out
"The heck is Jack? My name is Backpack you fool, go eat a dust covered Cheeto." He snarls.
I look around and a doctor walks up to me, he has beautiful blonde hair.
"Gordon?" I screech
"Bloody Hell, where's you get that notion? I'm Bartholomew." He seethed
