Blaine ran out to the entrance of his house. As soon as he closed the door behind him, he exhaled and felt the water build up in his eyes. His phone buzzed and rang several times in his pocket, and he knew it was Kurt trying to talk to him. He just couldn't bring himself to respond, so he slumped down against the door and began to let the tears pour out of his eyes.

"Blaine, honey, what happened?" The boy looked up at his mother, Pam, who heard him sniffling and turned the lights on in the doorway. He got up to pull her into a tight hug, and Pam rubbed her son's back as he sobbed into her shoulder. "It's okay, baby. It's okay," she whispered.

Blaine wanted to tell his mother everything. He wanted to tell her about Kurt, how he made him feel, how he loved being around him, and how he hurt him just then. Instead, he wiped his eyes and sniffled. "Thank you," was all he managed to say, burying his face into her shoulder once more.

Meanwhile, Kurt was in the driver's seat of his car, trying to make sense of what had just happened. He had tried to call Blaine, but he kept getting sent straight to voicemail, so he started the car and began the drive home.

A big part of him wanted to believe that Blaine was lying. That he didn't just lead him on for weeks just to tell him that it all meant nothing to him. I'm straight, Kurt, those were the words that kept ringing in his ears. He had never felt so utterly let down, it was like a door had been slammed right in front of his face.

He couldn't believe it. He wasn't making it all up in his head, was he? When Blaine kissed him, it felt like all the butterflies in his stomach were set free, like time had stopped, just for them. It was the most wonderful feeling Kurt had ever felt in a while. That was, until Blaine ripped his heart out and threw it to the curb.

After he pulled up to the driveway of his house, Kurt rested his forehead on the steering wheel and sighed. Then he received a notification.

"It's sending..." Sebastian eyed the message he'd just sent. His heart was doing backflips in his chest. Elliott had offered to give him Kurt's number, but he wanted to not come off as stalkery or weird. He wanted to do this right. He tightly gripped the phone in his hand as he sat down on the edge of his bed. "It's sent." he whispered softly.

"Oh my lord, this is happening, this is actually happening," Sam said with excitement as he paced around the room.

"While we wait for Kurt to reply, I've got to ask, whatever happened with you and Mercedes?" Elliott asked Sam. "I made sure to put in a good word for you at our practices,"

"Oh, we talked on New Years," Sam tried to hide a smirk as he plopped himself onto a spot next to Elliott on Sebastian's bed.

"And?" Elliott shifted in his seat. "What happened?"

Sam crossed his arms and rolled his eyes. "Nah nah, I don't kiss and tell,"

Elliott playfully punched Sam in the shoulder and smiled. "C'mon, get outta here-"

Sebastian, still focused on his phone screen, swatted at the two boys. "Shut the fuck up, he's typing,"

"Ooh, what did he say?" Elliott raised his eyebrows as he hugged a pillow.

"He said..." Sebastian stared at the screen with wide eyes, and then frowned when he saw that his text was left on read. "Nothing. He said nothing."

"What?" Elliott scooched over to where Sebastian was sitting and glanced at his screen. "Ah hell no," he stood up and got his jacket from the back of a chair.

"What are you doing?" Sebastian looked up at the boy who was headed towards the door.

"Going over to Kurt's to knock some sense into him," Elliott responded as he struggled with the doorknob.

"It's midnight," Sam raised his eyebrow.

"Fine," Elliott finally got the door open, and inhaled slowly. "I'll go home, go to sleep, then I'll go over to Kurt's. See ya,"

"Wait up, I need a ride home!" Sam got up from the bed and patted Sebastian's shoulder. "Good luck, bud." he said as he followed Elliott out the door.
