I've been awful with food lately, calories even skyrocketed to 1,000 once, which was a horrible day. I have to get back on track, to get my goals in focus. I've never really tried set diets before, but I'm considering looking for one. Any ideas? I've neglected my ana buddies and terrified my parents will find out about my internet history, so I turn my WiFi off.
