Chapter 14 - I can't

Brittany's POV

Santana and I left the room and sat on the couch, I put my head on her shoulder and she wrapped her arms around me "everything will be fine, I promise" she said and I smiled and looked at her, then we kissed and Tina said that we should get a room. "Shut up Tina" Santana said after she pulled away. She looked at me, I was staring at something. She touched my cheek to turn my face so l'd look at her. I guess she couldn't help it so she pulled me up and pulled me into the room, she wrapped her arms around my waist and I put my hands on her shoulders while we were kissing. She slid her hand under my shirt and by this time we heard that all of them left. "Awesome" Santana said and smiled into the kiss. I took off her shirt and she did the same to me, then she laid me on her bed and took off both of our jeans. She looked at me and bit her lip, "come here" I said to her and she leaned closer to me taking off my bra and sliding off my panties, she did the and to herself and the magic started.

"That was amazing" I said trying to catch my breath.  "Yeah it was" she smiled, "now put on your clothes before they'll come back and see something they're not allowed to see" she joked and threw my clothes at my face, I laughed and put them on. After a few minutes they came in. "Told you" Santana said to me quietly, "you wanna tease them?" I nodded. She kissed me and pulled me out of the room, we started to make out on the couch then Tina yelled at us.  "I thought I told you to get a room" she said and all of them laughed. Santana broke the kiss after like 1-2 minutes that she ignored them. "Hey when did you get in here?" "Ugh" Tina said completely exhausted while she put her face in the palm of her hands. "You're an idiot Santana" "And why is that?" "Because I told you two to get a fucking room" she sounded kinda pissed, it was funny. "We didn't hear you so sorry" she was sarcastic and it made me laugh, "and by the way almost everyone in here has a boyfriend or a girlfriend so shut up cause were not the only ones who do that ok?"

"She's right T I mean yeah SandBags get a room please but you also have a boyfriend  so I guess you do that too" Sam said.

"Yeah whatever" Tina said and then Mike pulled her over and they kissed.

"Britt we gotta head to the dorms it's almost dinner time we've been here all day" Quinn said suddenly. "Omg how did that happen?" "I know how" Santana looked at me and winked. "Gross Santana gross" Quinn said and pulled me up and pulled me to the door, she kissed Sam and we said our goodbyes.

"What about my goodbye?" San said with a smile."Right, bye San I love you"

"I love you too" we kissed one last time and then Quinn and I left.

After about 20 minutes, we were at the dorms again. We went to Quinn's dorm and when I sat down on the bed, she threw a bottle of water at me. I catched the bottle and took a sip of the water. "Do we really have to go eat with the others? They are so mad at us." "I know but we have to face this B. I mean they are our friends after all." "Ugh yes I know." She laughed and we got up. We walked through the public hallways and I felt so nervous.

The second we walked in, everyone dropped whatever they were doing and stared at us. Quinn told me to just ignore it and we sat down by our friends. We got some mumbled greets and everyone started eating again. "So we need to talk about something." Kurt started suddenly. "We had a meeting and we decided that you two need to break up with the poor thieves." "No." Quinn answered and took a sip of her drink. "I had Santana as my waitress once! You can't date a fucking waitress!" Rachel yelled. "Rachel language." Kurt hissed. "Yeah you know what ? Santana saved my damn life! When all of you were too busy walking around like drunk idiots, I almost got killed. Santana was there when no one else was. She risked her life to save me! And you guys talk crap about her! I love her!" I yelled and felt tears coming up. "Yeah she may have saved your life but she is a thief no she is a criminal and so is that Sam dude. We did our research and the only reason we are not getting them arrested is because Santana saved you. We owe her that one. But you guys are breaking up with them or you can leave this place forever. The only thing we need to do is tell the school about this and you'll get kicked out for sure. It's your choice." Rachel said while angrily stabbing her food with her knife. "Fine if that is what it takes." Quinn said and walked out. "Brittany are you really gonna give up your life for a fling you have with some poor girl? Do you think you'd survive out there on the streets? Because you won't B and we both know that." Finn said with a caring tone in his voice. "I won't survive out there." I said softly. A million thoughts were spinning through my head. I love Santana but how am I supposed to make things work with her? She is from a different world. I can't go and give up my life. I need to give up on Santana, even though it hurts like hell.

"I can't do this Q I can't give up on her" I told Quinn with tears in my eyes.  "Listen Britt we don't have to give up on them"

"But I can't get kicked out of school Quinny I can't my parents will be more pissed at me than they are now" "I'll break up with Sam if you'll break up with Santana, we can do this together.  I got you Brittany you're my best friends and you need to know I have your back no matter what ok?" "We need to think about it really well Quinny"  "I know Britt I know." "But what if I was meant to bed with her? Because it feels like it, it really does feel like it Quinn ugh." "I know it's hard Brittany and we'll think about it really well before we'll make a decision" "I love you Quinn" "I love you too Britt" we hugged and fell asleep cuddled on her bed. I had a dream about me breaking up with Santana. The tears I saw in her eyes broke me, I love her more than anything but I can't give up my life for her I mean, what would happen if we'd break up sometime? I'll have nothing. I need to talk to her, sooner is better than later I guess.

Quinn and I woke up                                                  at the same time and she wiped my face, I guess I sleep-cried this night because of the dream.  "Quinny I need to talk to her, sooner is better than later right?" "You already made up your mind? Ok I'll text Sam and tell him we're coming over at noon"

"I'm going to get ready noon is in an hour" "Yeah me too but let me text him first" "Sure if you need me I'm in my dorm" "Ok I'll come and get you in 45 minutes and we'll go" "Ok" I said and went to my room.

Quinn's POV

"Sam?" "Yeah?" "Can Britt and I come over at noon?" "Yeah sure I'll tell SandBags." "Ok see you then." "Brittany are you ready it's already 11:45 we need to go." I caked Brittany but she wouldn't answer me. I used the spare key she gave me and I saw her sitting with tears in her eyes on her bed. "Britt what's wrong?" "I can't do it", "I'll help you, you know we should. Come on I'll be right next to you" "Ok let me fix my make up and we can go ok?" "You don't need it you're still the most beautiful girl on earth." Then I finally saw that smile I love so much and I heard that laugh, the cutest laugh ever. I love making her happy. We went out of her room and got into the car. When we got to the garage, we saw Sam and Santana standing outside of it. Brittany ran to Santana's arms crying.

Santana's POV

"Britt what's wrong babe?" I looked at her with teary eyes and stroked her cheek with my thumb.  "I'm so sorry San", "what?" I took her hand and took her to my room.  "You know I love you more anything in this world right?" "I love you too Britt but what's wrong?", "I'm sorry but I'm breaking up with you" I said and immediately started crying.

"What why?", "Well the kids from my school said that if Quinn and I won't break up with you and Sam they'll go to the school board and get us kicked out and I can't get kicked out I'm sorry and I you so much but I can't" She kissed me and I felt her tears fall.
