Chapter 17 - Moving in

Quinn POV

Brittany and I drove back to the dorms together and decided to leave the next day. Brittany would write a letter to her parents and I would call mine. I knew my parents would be okay with my decision even though it would kind of hurt them. They worked so hard to built up the rich life and now I’m leaving them. I didn’t know if I wanted to go at first but I knew that I couldn’t let Brittany go all by herself.

We walked into the building and went upstairs to our dorms. I could see in Brittany’s eyes that she was nervous. I was nervous too but not as nervous, because I already knew what was coming. ‘’Britt you have to start packing. Do you want me to help you with your letter?’’ I asked her and she shook her head. ‘’No I need to do this alone.’’ I nodded and gave her a smile. She smiled back and went into her dorm. I decided to call my parents right away.

(Quinn): Hello?

(Dad): Quinn is that you?

Q: Yes daddy it’s me. Is mom there?

D:She is sitting next to me

Q:Can you put me on speaker?

D: Yes you’re on speaker now

Q: Okay well mom.. Dad… I recently got into a relationship with this guy

(Mom): What kind of guy?

Q: Do you remember Santana?

M: Of course we do sweetie she was your bestie for years

Q: Well she still lives back there and we met again a while ago and well we became friends again. It’s a long story. I met a friend of hers and we started dating. His name is Sam. He is a really good guy. Santana got into a relationship with Britt and well her parents aren’t that happy about it. Because of all the drama out here we decided to move in with them. It was a tough decision but it is what makes us happy. I hope you guys are okay with it.

D: (silent)

M: (silent)

Q: please say something

M: So Brittany is gay?

Q: MOM

D: Quinn we are okay with every decision you make it’s just.. Don’t do bad stuff and we’d like to stay in contact with you.

Q: I won’t and of course we’ll stay in contact dad. I need to help Brittany pack so I love you guys bye

M:Bye honey

D:Be safe

Brittany couldn't fall asleep. She was so scared of what would happen with her parents, will they keep in contact with her or not? She was concerned about that all night and I get her, her parents aren't used to garages instead of houses and mattresses instead of beds. My parents know what it's like so they were more understanding and supporting than Brittany's. In the morning, Brittany was asleep next to me. She feel asleep around 2. I woke her up and we took our bags. We left the dorms early so no one's awake. I drove us to Brittany's house, she put her letter in the mailbox and we drove to the garage. We pulled into there and Santana stood there with Sam. "Let us help you with the bags." Santana said and grabbed Britt's bags. Sam took mine and we went inside. Santana quickly pulled Brittany into her room. I couldn't hear what they were talking about and I don't care, I have Sam and I'm happy.

Brittany's POV

Santana pulled me into her room the minute we got into the garage. "I missed you so much." "Santana you saw me yesterday." She laughed. "I know but after five minutes I started missing you." I smiled. "I love you." "I love you too Britt." I leaned in, she did too but I pushed her on the mattress instead. "What the hell Britt" She said laughing. "I'm so happy to be here with you San." Suddenly it looked like she forgot I pushed her. "I'm thrilled okay you have no idea how I went crazy without you." I smiled. "Sorry" I looked down at her since I was still standing. She pulled me down and hugged me. "I already told you it's okay right? You were confused and now you made your decision. I know it's hard too but I'm so happy you got that decision because if I had to go through another day without you I'd freak out." I kissed her slowly and she kissed back. I missed that. Even though we kissed the day before. I still can't believe we did that, now I can be with Santana all the time and it makes me so happy, she's the love of my life and I rather be with her than anyone else.
"Are you sure this is what you wanna do? Live with me?" Santana looked at me after we pulled away. "Santana I love you more than anything else in this world and I'd rather be with you even if it means my parents won't talk to me and I won't be one if the rich kids anymore. I love you and this is what I wanna do, I'm sure about that." She smiled at me. "I love you so much Britt." She said and hugged me. "Me too San." I put my hands on her neck and she pulled me closer into her. Suddenly someone came into the room. Santana pulled away and put her arms around my waist. "Hey San hey Brittany um I just wanted to say welcome to the squad." Puck said and smiled. I smiled back. "Now get out and go welcome Quinn." He laughed. He left and I looked at Santana. "Be nice San he just wanted to say hi." "He interrupted us so no I won't be nice." I giggled. "Yes you will." "Whatever Brittany whatever." I laughed and she pulled me into a hug again. "Why it's so quiet here?" I asked her. "Everyone's asleep you know it's 6:30 in the morning" "I'm so tired I didn't sleep at all last night." "Let's go to sleep." Santana smiled at me. "I'd love that." I said and she pulled me on the mattress and into her. "Goodnight I guess." "Yeah night San." She kissed my forehead and I fell asleep instantly.

Santana's POV

Brittany fell asleep and God she looked even more beautiful if it's even possible somehow. She looked so peaceful and sweet damn I love her so much. I let her sleep while I was holding her. Eventually I heard everyone starting to wake up and make breakfast. They probably went to buy some stuff. I looked at Brittany and all I could think about is how brave she is, no other rich kid who has never been in a place like this would do what she did. No one will disobey their parents to live in a garage but she did and damn in halt she did that, she lives with me now. She's fucking living with me now this is like a dream coming true. Suddenly she woke up. "You slept for like 45 minutes Britt." "I'm not tired anymore." "So let's go to eat something ok?" She smiled and got up. I took her hand and we walked to the kitchen. "Morning." I said and we sat next to the table where everyone sat. "What did you make?" I looked at them. "Toast and we bought coffee and chocolate milk you can choose Brittany and San I know you like chocolate milk better" Mike said. "Thanks." I took two plates and put toast on each one of them. I grabbed two cups, I asked Brittany what she wanted and she said chocolate milk. I poured into both of the cups chocolate milk and handed one to her. "So Brittany how is it to be here?" "Well I've been here before so yeah but um well I can be with Santana here so it's a lot better than being in the dorms" "and Quinn?" Tina asked. "I lived here with Santana even before she met you so believe me that I know how it is." Quinn said. "So how is it to be back to living with Santana?" "I don't know we're here for an hour but I know it'll be a lot better than at the dorms." "Welcome to the family I guess." I  smiled. "Yes welcome both of you." I said to them.
