Ollivander's Wand Shop

[Chapter Five: Ollivander's Wand Shop]

Onyx, Naka, Mana, Professor McGonagall entered the wand shop, the other professors stayed outside. The three children looked around. "Ah, Minerva McGonagall. 9½ inches, fir wood, and a dragon heart string. Very well suited for Transfiguration." A man, he looked rather old, said as he came out from behind a few boxes.   

"I'm here to get these three wands Ollivander." Professor McGonagall said. "Ah yes." Ollivander nodded. "Smith, You may go first," McGonagall said. Onyx went first, and a tape measure started measuring between their eyes, arm, and in all just randomly to them. 

Onyx went through many wands, breaking the chair in the corner, the windows, and causing chaos.

"Try this," Ollivander said as he handed them a wand. "Rowan wood, 14 and a half inches, Raven Feather core. One of my only wands with that core. There we go, Give it a swish."

Onyx held the wand and gave it a swish, just like they were told, and magically, everything that had been misplaced or broken fixed themselves. 

"Ah, very good. Next Mr. Victor." Naka stood on the stand and was measured, the same as Onyx, he tested many wands, breaking, misplacing, and destroying some stuff. Ollivander snatched the wand in Naka's hands and replaced it with another. "Try this, Rosewood & Elder wood, 12 and a third inches, with a basilisk fang core. The only one I've had the pleasure of making with that certain core."

Naka flicked it and low and behold, a flock of birds floo out of the tip of the wand. "Ms. Moore," Ollivander called after fixing the mess that had happened. Mana stepped up, the same thing happened for measurements. After trying out wands and, you guessed it, causing chaos Ollivander placed a wand in her hand. "Ebony, 13 and a half inches, Thestral hair core."

A match. She conjured up a few flowers.

"Seven Galleons each," Ollivander said and they all paid then went on their way back to Hogwarts.
