The next morning when mark walked into the shop, johnny greeted him with a wide smile and a wave.

Mark walked up to him with a small smile resting on his face, his throat sore and his body tired.

Johnny placed his hand gently on mark's arm, his expression changing into concern.

"mark? Are you okay?" johnny asked with a quiet gentle voice.

Mark was confused. "yeah? Why?"

Johnny reached up and brushed his thumb under mark's eye.

"your eyes are all red and puffy. Have you been crying?" johnny stroked mark's cheek.

Mark felt embarrassed he looked away from johnny for a second.

"I'm okay, I just had a bit of a rough night." Mark smiled trying to reassure the taller.

Johnny stroked mark's bangs gently, stepping closer to him.

"I'm sorry you were feeling that way, do you wanna talk about it?"

"I um... I told my best friend about me liking boy's... About me liking you... last night. It was just really stressful for me y'know? i... I didn't know how he'd react when I told him, I was just scared to lose him."

johnny stroked mark's arm softly.

"how did he react?" johnny asked in a low tone.

Mark felt himself smile.

"he took it really well! He hugged me and told me he loved me and was proud of me." Mark teared up again slightly.

Johnny grabbed mark and pulled him into his chest.

"I'm so proud of you Mark. I'm so glad you have a friend like him." Johnny rubbed mark's back.

Mark smiled against johnny's chest, inhaling his lavender scent. He squeezed johnny tight loving the way he felt within his arms.

Johnny stood there holding mark in silence for a few minutes before mark rose off his chest.

"are you okay?" johnny said smiling.

Mark nodded, smiling back as he wiped his eyes.

"I'm really glad I met you johnny." Mark said softly his eyes twinkling.

Johnny placed his hand on mark's chin. He leaned down planting his lips on mark's in a short kiss. Mark kissed him back, his hands resting on johnny's shoulders.

They broke apart and looked at each other.

Johnny leaned forward pressing his forehead against marks.

"I'm really glad I met you too." Johnny whispered.

Mark exhaled as his body relaxed.

"Mark?" johnny whispered his eyes fluttering open.

"yeah?" mark replied.

"Will you be my boyfriend?"

Mark heard johnny's voice waver slightly as if he were nervous to ask.

Mark smiled pressing his nose against johnny's. he simply nodded his head looking directly in johnny's eyes.

Johnny smiled wide. He pressed one more quick kiss to mark's lips.

Mark giggled slightly before pulling away.

"okay, okay, we have a job to do." Mark teased as he walked over to a counter of plants with a spray bottle in his hand. He walked up to a pot of ferns and began spraying the dark green leaves. Suddenly, he felt a stream of water hit the back of his neck. He turned around quickly spotting johnny standing tall with a blue spray bottle in his hand and a devilish smirk on his face.
