V's POV
We get out of the transportation vehicle and are lead to a tall building.
Once we enter, there was a robot at the front desk typing on the keypad.
Scanner beeps, to get the robot's attention.
The front desk robot looks at us before pushing a button, which opens a door to the elevator.
We enter the elevator without the others even noticing. The one who noticed us was the robot in the front desk.
Before the elevator doors close, WALL-E waves goodbye at the robot.
After the robot at the front desk processed what was going on, it slowly waves back.
The elevator doors close and we are going up to the top of the building. We are really high up. Once the elevator doors open, we enter a big room. I think this is the captain's bridge.
Just then, the steering wheel comes to life and scans EVE. Afterwards, it talks with Scanner, but I didn't understand what he was because they were talking in beeps.
Out of nowhere, the floor underneath WALL-E and I disappears, which causes us to fall into another room.
The steering wheel goes through the hole and says, "Captain, you are needed on the bridge." He then goes back to the bridge.
I look around and realize that the captain is sleeping on his hover chair.
After a few seconds, an alarm goes off. This startled me a little bit.
The captain started to wake, and he was trying to turn off his alarm. But he kept missing and it came to a point where he pushed WALL-E play button.
The song "Put on Your Sunday Clothes" started to play which causes the captain to jolt awake.
"All hands on deck!" The captain says.
Just then, two robots came out and started to fix the captain's hair and clean his teeth.
After he got ready, his hover chair goes to the elevator. But WALL-E was in front of the hover chair, so he was being led into the elevator as well.
I just follow behind them and sneak into the elevator without the captain even noticing.
The elevator doors open and I quickly sneak out.
The captain claps and the bridge's lights turn on. He goes towards somewhere with the steering wheel following him.
"Sir?" The steering wheel starts to say.
"Coffee." the captain says before going to the counter to get his coffee. Once he grabs it, he takes a sip.
"Sir, the annual-" The steering wheel starts to say.
"Protocol, Auto. First things first. Computer, status report." The captain says before he looks through the status.
WALL-E and I are hiding under the counter while looking in EVE's direction.
After a few minutes of going through the status report, the steering wheel, also known as Auto, says, "Captain, Probe One has returned positive."
The captain looks in EVE's direction before going over to her. "Positive?" The captain asks.
Auto pushes a few buttons on EVE.
I didn't know what was going on until WALL-E and I saw EVE turn on.
She's okay!
"EVE." WALL-E says quietly. He then quietly rolls towards EVE.
I didn't know what to do. So I just stayed where I was.
"But no probe's ever come back positive before." The captain says before pushing a green button that was on the counter.
Just then, an alarms goes off and a screen appears near them. The screen shows a man talking about something. I think the man is talking about what to do when a life form has been found.
As the captain and Auto watch the screen, I look at WALL-E, who was staring in EVE's direction.
WALL-E starts to sneak over to EVE.
I had nothing better to do, so I just followed WALL-E.
But as we sneak by the side of another counter, a book comes out and lands in WALL-E's hands.
Thinking fast, WALL-E goes in his box form while I hide behind him.
The captain comes over to WALL-E and takes the book not even realizing that we are there.
As the captain looks back at the screen, this gives WALL-E and I a chance to sneak under the counter and towards EVE.
Once we reach EVE, WALL-E taps her shoulder.
EVE looks down at us and motions as if she was saying, "Not now." But once she realizes that we were there, she looks back us in shock.
"EVE." WALL-E says while waving at her.
I just sit there while wagging my tail.
"WALL-E, V." EVE says while pushing us under the counter. She started to say something to us, but I didn't really understand what she was saying.
I look at WALL-E to see if he understood her, but it appears he wasn't even listening. It looked like he was daydreaming while looking at EVE.
But EVE didn't have time to finish.
"Well, let's open her up." The captain says to Auto.
This causes EVE to look back at the captain.
"Step one. Voice command, 'Confirm acquisition.'" The captain says while reading the book out loud.
Just then, a machine comes out from the ceiling and scans EVE. It then goes on top of EVE and holds here still.
I was a little shocked at what was going on right now.
An arm from the machine presses a few buttons on EVE and her compartment slowly opens.
Oh, that is where the plant is.
But to my surprise, the plant wasn't there.
How is it not there?
