You may have 1 or 2 pieces of meat(depending on the size)2
Rice should be enough to fill a normal sized eating bowl(don't exaggerate "normal")
Since rice is not THAT fantastic on its own,you can add one other food of choice such as a sauce, vegetables,some meat, OR something else,idk.3
Potatoes can be eaten anyhow,but must have no additives besides maybe salt or pepper
I think it would be better if it's mashed but your choice.If you don't have or buy potatoes,you may use any other potato-ry thing like sweet potato
Or any other vegetable of such sort.Try to make it as inexpensive as possible.

When it says "veg" ,it is either from a frozen veg packet,which you will take some in a container or bowl/plate(obviously defrost it) and eat it as is.You can also cut up vegetables that you already have if you don't want to use the frozen packs.
