Lizzy's Point of View

There were navy blue velvet seats lining the walls of the plane with the occasional black wood side table in between every six seats. The carpet on the ground had blue, green, and purple swirls on the black background.

"Wow!" was all I could say. It looked like this belonged to the richest person in the world. It was amazing. I slowly walked inside and down the middle of the plane.

"Yah know that you can sit down." Some lady said. I came back to earth to find everyone else had taken their seat randomly throughout the plane. I sat by one of the side tables so I could set my backpack there. The seats felt so soft and squishy. "I recon you would like to sleep a while." The same lady said as she walked over to a closet in the back of the plane. She took out two green pillows that matched the green in the carpet, and two green blankets. She gave a pillow and a blanket to me and the same to Anna-Marie, who was sitting in front of me.

"First," I said, "where are we going?"

Right then the captain just had to announce take off, so we all had to strap in. I glanced out the window and the rain had turned to snow. It looked like little night bugs flying around outside.

"I can't tell you where exactly." The lady said. She smiled and reviled milky white teeth. The plain started to move.

"Well then can you give us the general spot, like in Canada or something like that?"

She shook her head and after a short pause she said, "Somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean." Suddenly the roar of the engines became louder and louder until the world outside was racing past us. The plane started to tilt up and the ground below us let us out of its grip.

Anna-Marie spoke up, "You mean we're going to land on water." Her eye brows raised and her eyes widened.

"No no," The lady gave a little chuckle, "we are going to an island."

I set the pillow down next to me so I could straddle the seats to my left. The the captain announced that we were now at cruising altitude so I lay on the pillow and threw the blanket on top of me. I still don't trust these people.

"I'm gonna sleep to." Gavin spoke up as he walked to the closet to get a pillow and blanket. He then sat a few seats away from Anna-Marie. He gave a tired yawn and lay down.

Anna-Marie was already asleep and the others were strolling around the plane. I watched them a while until the lights were dimmed and sleep over took me.

I had no dream that night, but I did sleep very lightly. Every once and a while I herd snoring, or the soft muffled footsteps of someone walking by. Even though the seats were very comfy I didn't get much sleep.

I felt a soft hand on my shoulder and the calm, quiet words of a man. "Wake up, it's ten minutes till landing."

"W-what?" I opened my tired eyes and sat up. My hair fell down to my elbows in tangled knots. The lights were still dimmed, and the plane was now filled with warm air making it hard to shake off the sleepiness. I grabbed my comb, that I always keep in my back pack, and started to work on the knots.

The man was going around and getting everyone else that was sleeping, up. They sat there with sleepy looks on their faces. They all looked different now. Not so nice and neat as when I got on, but now they looked like normal people. I barely recognised the lady that got my pillow and blanket with out her lipstick on. She was not wearing the uniform anymore, but some jeans and a baggy t-shirt. And her almond hair was down to her shoulders instead of the bun.

Without warning the lights were swiched on and everybody started to cover their eyes. I burried my face into the pillow I was given, and let out a moan. When my eyes got used to the light I took a good look around.
