(Carl returns home from school)

Carl: God, I'm so hungry, Good thing there's leftover mac and cheese.

(Carl runs to the kitchen and sees Julia laying lifeless on the floor)

Carl: Julia? (He kicks her but she doesn't respond) Whatever game you're playing, It doesn't make any sense.

(He feels her pulse but she doesn't have any)

Carl: Oh no! JULIA!!! Wake up (he shakes her repeatedly) I need to call the ambulance quick.

(Carl goes to the living room and grabs his phone to call the ambulance)

(At Dr Xavier's house)

Dr Xavier: (sadly) It's been almost a day since Dimitri left, He's supposed to be back, I mean, it's takes at least 24 hours for the chemical potion to work, What's happening?

Greg: Maybe it didn't work.

Dr Xavier: You better shut your mouth,you overgrown wart! My experiments and inventions always work.

Greg: (points) Uhhh, Master?

Dr Xavier: What is it?

(He turns around and sees Dimitri)

Dimitri: I'm back....Master.

(Meanwhile)

Carl: Oh no,Why isn't the emergency number picking up?

(Just then, Julia appears in the hallway)

Julia: Carl?

Carl: (turns around and sees her) What the... (shockingly) JULIA? How can you be standing here? You were laying lifeless on the kitchen floor, You had no pulse.

Julia: (laughs) Ohhh, It's just part of my theatrics, I was just practicing for a school play and I need to get the lead, You know the old saying "If you want to play a character, you have to be the character".

Carl: Whatever.

Julia: You were frightened huh?

Carl: No.

Julia: You looked so scared, I thought you didn't care about me, Clearly you do.

Carl: Ugh! Where's mom?

Julia: She left with dad this morning to Florida, For an important business meeting.

Carl: Okay, I'm hungry, I need to get something to eat, The mess you made in the kitchen will be waiting for you.

(Carl goes into the kitchen)

Julia: (sighs) That was close, But I thought I'd died. (she feels her body) Am I a ghost?

(Back at Dr Xavier's house)

Dr Xavier: (To Dimitri) Sit!

(Dimitri sits down instantly)

Dr Xavier: (He commands him again) Vamp speed around this lab in two seconds.

(Dimitri does as instructed)

Dr Xavier: This is wonderful, My plan worked, Now I can bend any vampire to my will.

Greg: But what about the Vampire's heart that you stole from the court, When are you going to return it?

Dr Xavier: Never! Now that I have the essence of all vampires in my grasp, I can rule over them!

(At Nadine's house)

Nadine: Uncle, I'm back from school.

Uncle Mac: You're late.

Nadine: No I'm not, It's 4:42pm, You said I should be back before 5:00pm

Uncle Mac: Since when do you start talking back at me?

Nadine: But....

Uncle Mac: Shut up, Now go take a broom and sweep the whole house including the yard, Then you'll clean the chandelier, the fireplace and the chimney and when you're done, There are dirty dishes waiting for you in the sink

Nadine: But Uncle, I can only do few of those chores so there'll be more time, I have lots of assignments due tomorrow and i'll need to do it.

Uncle Mac: Let me ask you something, Are your parents paying me to take care of you?

Nadine: (sadly) No.

Uncle Mac: Good! So this is how you'll repay me for staying in my house and eating my food, Now go and do the chores!

Nadine: Yes Uncle Mac.

(Nadine grabs a broom and goes to sweep)

Uncle Mac: I don't even know what made me agree to letting my brother bring you to my house, Such a burden.

(Later that day)
(Abbey and Hunter visits Julia)

Abbey: Hey Julia

Julia: Abbey? Hunter? What're you doing here?

Abbey: We just came to check up on you, to know how you were doing

Julia: I'm getting better... I think

Abbey: (pats her back gently) You'll be fine.

Julia: (To Hunter) Thanks for saving yesterday

Hunter: You're welcome.

Julia: There's some leftovers mac and cheese, Should I bring some?

Abbey: Nahh, We're fine, We'll be leaving now, Get well soon!

Hunter: Take care of yourself.

Julia: I will, Bye.

(Abbey and Hunter leaves)

(That night)

Julia: (breathes heavily) God! Why can't I sleep?

(She goes to Carl's room to check on him)

Julia: (she looks at him while he sleeps) He's such a deep sleeper, But who would believe that a boy as cute as this is so stubborn, He's such a brat! I deserve some accolades living with him.

(She attempts to leave his room but gets distracted)

Julia: What's that smell?

(The smell grows stronger as she gets closer to Carl)

Julia: Smells like....Blood

(She takes a very small needle and pokes Carl's wrist and blood comes out of it, She licks the blood and then,her eyes turn blood red)
