Carl: Good morning sunshine. 

Nadine: (sleepy) Hey Carl.

Carl: Let me guess, couldn't sleep again?

Nadine: Yea, I was up all night doing my assignments because I'd been busy with the chores yesterday evening.

Carl: Maybe I could be assisting you in doing your assignments? What'd you think?

Nadine: But I'd be cheating myself out of quality education, How would I understand it if I don't do it myself.

Carl: Okay, I have an idea, I'll help you with your assignments and we could study it together before submission?

Nadine: That's actually a great idea, Thank you so much Carl.

(Nadine pecks Carl on the cheeks)

Carl: (blushes) You're welcome.

Hunter: I'm really suprised today

Julia: Why?

Hunter: Vanessa's awfully quiet, she's not bulling, insulting and fighting anyone today.

Abbey: Yeah, I noticed, Ever since you and her returned from the restroom, she's changed.

Julia: I was able to convince her to change and be a better person

Hunter: Well, you did a good job.

Abbey: Dr Xavier's supposed to be in school by now, Why didn't he follow you?

Hunter: He did but maybe he left. 

Abbey: We're supposed to have Biology now but he's not in school.

(Meanwhile)
(At Dr Xavier's house)

Greg: Any luck master?

Dr Xavier: (angrily) No! I couldn't find the vampire.

Greg: But he should be in hiding, its daytime remember?

Dr Xavier: That's true.

Greg: Instead of finding him, why don't you find a way to make more vampires?

Dr Xavier: Ooohhh, I have a brilliant idea, I should find a way to make more vampires..... I'm a genius!

Greg: But it was my idea...

Dr Xavier: Shut up! Now, I'm going to make more vampires that'll serve me and together, we shall take over Transylvania.

(Carl walks Nadine to her house)

Nadine: Thanks for walking me home, I really appreciate it.

Carl: You're welcome.

Nadine: You should get going now, You know, so you can get home on time.

Carl: It's okay, my house's just few miles away, Hope you'll come visiting one day

Nadine: I would love to but...

(Uncle Mac sees them from the window)

Uncle Mac: NADINE!

Nadine: I have to leave now, Bye.

(She goes into the house)

Uncle Mac: Who's that boy? Is he your boyfriend?

Nadine: No Uncle Mac, he's just a really good friend of mine.

Uncle Mac: Is that why your father sent you to school? To make boyfriends?

Nadine: But Uncle Mac, I just told you he's not my boyfriend.

Uncle Mac: You want to become a shameless slut huh? Not in my house (he grabs a whip) I'm going to teach you a lesson.

(Nadine screams in agony as her uncle whips her)

Julia: Carl? What on earth are you doing here?

Carl: I need your assistance

Julia: Not now, I'm busy, You need to leave before Principal Franklin sees you or else we'll both be in trouble

Carl: I'm not leaving till you help me out

Julia: Fine, What do you want?

Carl: Let's say, hypothetically, that you were a boy and you want to ask a girl out, How do you go about it?

Julia: Personally, I'd just give her flowers and propose to her, Its that simple.

Carl: Okay thank you.

Julia: Hold on a second, You want to ask out Nadine?

Carl: That's not your concern.

Julia: I'm happy for you anyways, But are you sure she likes you the same way you like her?

Carl: Yeah, She does like me, She even kissed me yesterday.

Julia: Okay...Wish you luck.

(Nadine walks to her locker, Carl shows up before she opens it)

Carl: Hey

Nadine: Hi Carl.

Carl: You didn't show up at the library so we could study together (notices her mood) Are you ok? You look sad.

Nadine: It's nothing, I'm fine.

Carl: So what's our next class?

Nadine: Social studies, In an hour time.

Carl: Okay, that's better.

(Nadine opens her locker and sees flowers, balloons, gifts and a teddy bear)

Carl: (takes out a bouquet of roses) Nadine, Will you be my girlfriend?

(Everyone in the hallway turn their attention to them)

Everyone: Awwwnnnn....

Nadine: I'm sorry Carl....No

Lionel: Ouch.

(She leaves the hallway, leaving Carl and everyone else in shock)
