———Skip past school, chilling with the avengers, and Flash's bullying to Friday morning———
Bring, Bring, Smash!!!! Peter raised his head and peered at the shattered remains of his alarm clock. Groaning, he placed his head back on the pillow.
Not even 15 minutes later: "Peter it's 7:35 you're about ready to leave right?" Panicking, Peter sprung out of bed, rushing to grab clothes.
School started at 8 and he couldn't afford to be late again. He stumbled out of his room, gave May a quick hug, ran out the door, and face planted on the stairs.
Picking up his injured pride, he left the apartment building and ran towards school.
He skidded in front of Mr. Harrington, at exactly 7:59. Mr. Harrington looked at him disapprovingly, but just ushered him into the bus.
Peter took a seat next to Ned with MJ across the aisle.
"You would think that Spider-man would be able to make it to school earlier," MJ muttered. Peter kicked her foot playfully from across the aisle.
Flash leaned over the back of the seat, "You know this is your last chance to admit you're lying Penis"
Ned turned to Flash and loudly declared, "You're going to look pretty stupid when we all see Peter has the internship"
Flash rolled his eyes and took his seat as the bus began moving.
The bus rattled down the road. MJ stayed silent, unlike Ned who talked the entire drive. Don't get him wrong, Peter loves Ned, but he could get overexcited.
"Ned you and MJ come with me to the tower all the time. Hell, you've been working with Bruce in his lab the entire week."
"Yeah, but I've never gotten an official tour of the place," Ned said placing extra emphasis on 'official'.
Groaning slightly, Peter slid down in his seat and waited to arrive.

Filling out of the bus, his classmates jaws drop. Peter understands the sentiment, when he first saw the tower, he had been so distracted that he lost Tony in the lobby, and had to sit by reception like a lost toddler.
Mr. Harrington ushers the students inside. "Wait here," he says before heading towards a station to find their tour guide.
Brent, the receptionist, waves Peter over. Glancing around he notices that none of his classmates are looking at him, so he wanders over.
"Hey Brent how's George?" George was Brent's fiancé and Peter knew that Brent loved talking about him.
"He's great, and we got our adoption papers into the system this weekend!"
"Really?! That's amazing congratulations!"
Just then Mr. Harrington walks up to reception. He asks Peter, " Peter what are you doing here? I thought I asked you to stay by the students."
