Ngl kinda want the cringe times back where we all said uwu, went crazy with our fandoms on Tumblr and Pinterest, watched cringe cosplay vids on yt and read bad fanfiction in our early fandom days.

"No, I just don't understand" Midoriya was beyond frustrated "It doesn't make sense"

"Calm down" and Todoroki tried to explain "Look, even I understand"

"But why can't you jump in the last second? You have the floor, ground, whatever, and your legs" he makes a pause to think about the situation "So why can't I survive in that situation by just jumping?"

"Math is a big part of Physics, right?"

"Yeah"

"So why don't you understand?" people have started staring a long time ago

"Because I could just jump!"

"No. Midoriya, darling, light of my life, listen. The elevator is falling right, at a very high speed, lets say. So you're falling the same speed the elevator does. Then you jump, let's say you managed to jump in the right moment. The speed you're falling will just get slower by a little bit, it's almost unnoticeable, so you would still be falling fast. So you will still come, well fall, to the ground really fast, and by that you would die" Todoroki really hoped that Midoriya understood by now

Midoriya just stood there, thinking it all over, and he actually understood "I made myself look like an idiot in front of so many professors"

Midoriya walks up to the trashcan, outside, and throws away his empty to-go coffee. For a moment he also thought of throwing away himself, but he remembered that he needs to solve some problems first.

"One thing I know is that I won't be going to my physics classes for some time" Midoriya walks back to Todoroki and takes him by his hand "Lets go we need to throw some more trash away, then my brain too"

"I still need your brain for my math problems"

They start walking to the cafe they usually go, hand in hand, since Uraraka and Shigaraki are supposed to be there.

"I wouldn't be so sure"

"Why's that?"

"I think it will go like: x→∞lim​ (f(x) + g(x)) = x→∞lim​ f(x) + x→∞lim​ g(x), the next time"

Todoroki wanted to cry "How did you even pronounce that? Lime infinity bracelet X-Men"

"X-Men" he repeated "I also struggled with that topic. I hated my math teacher in high school. I wanted to tie him up, glue his mouth so he won't ever talk, and- and I should calm down" he sighs "I will never see him again"

Todoroki opened his mouth to answer, saying how he won't believe that he struggled with math, but a certain someone interrupted him.

"Izuku, you had such plans? Why didn't you tell me, you know I would help you"

Midoriya and Todoroki stop walking, realizing they arrived at the cafe, and see Shigaraki walking out of the cafe with Uraraka.

"What the fuck"

"Nice to see you again Izu"

"Can't say the same" he tightens his grip on Todoroki's hand, he was actually kind of scared "And don't call me Izu"

Shigaraki smiles playfully "What a shame. It's such a pretty nickname"

Midoriya had so many questions, yet so few at the same time. He didn't know if he felt anger or sadness, wanted to cry or laugh out of frustration. He didn't even dare to think what will happen in the near future because he was so scared.
