Better Together Part 4

One Final Battle

While CC was flying as fast as she could, the Wildcats had already taken over the lands. "Haha! This is amazing! Who knew we could overtake this land this quickly!" Brogan sneered as he sat on a throne. "Servant, get me a drink now!" he snapped and threw an apple core at Brenna's face. "Ugh! Whatever." Brenna snapped and picked up a water bottle. "Gimme that!" Braden snapped and took it from her. "What are you doing! You're gonna get us in trouble!" Allijah snapped. Braden ignored her and spit in the bottle and shook it up. "Dude! You're crazy!" Kevin cried. Braden shrugged and handed it to Brogan who wasn't aware of what happened. "Uh, Bro, I wouldn't drink that if I were you." Andrew warned. "Why?" Brogan asked.

Andrew pointed to Braden and then showed him a video of what happened. Brogan seeing the video was infuriated by this and lifted him off the ground with his powers. "You think this is funny?" he growled. "It's not my fault no one appreciates how you rule!" Braden snapped. Brogan made him slam into the ground before tossing the bottle at him. "You, clean up this mess!" Crystal snapped to Vincent and Bella. "Hun, do I look like a maid to you?" Bella replied harshly and looked away. "Maybe not, but you could sure dress like one." William replied, licking his fangs. Bella gave him a look and Vincent came between the two. "Don't even... sick pervert." he snapped and allowed Bella to walk away.

While they ordered around CC's friends, the friends were wondering what happened to CC and Paige when they fell through the hole. "Do you really think she's dead?" Kate asked Synclaire. "I mean... I'm not sure. She wasn't a cat then. Even so, could she even get out of there?" Synclaire replied. "Also, what if Paige killed her or something?" Yoani added. "I wish I knew either way. It'd bring me some peace at least." Jose said sadly. "We can't think so negatively! CC's managed to survive some crazy stuff. Maybe she's thinking." Emery reassured them. "Even if she was alive. Why'd she come for us? There's no point really. They've won already. Trust me, I've known all of them forever. Nothing is gonna get in their way of life." Perrin replied sadly.

The others looked down sadly and knew they'd probably have to get used to their new way of life. "I've also known CC forever, she's a hard person to keep down." Isabel J. quickly said and held her head high. Though they felt better, they looked at the leaders who were laughing and enjoying their power. "You know... with all that power... they'll never be happy." Harriet sighed.

"Listen all of you. I've decided that we're gonna keep you guys. You'll do great as our "We finally got rid of Omega" prize! But besides that, we're also going to put our opinions on the structure where we think they belong. Good Wildcats go at the top now! Everyone else can rot at the bottom just we did for generations! Remember this is what you've been asking for millions of years!" Brogan announced to them. "Don't talk about my sister that way! She's no Omega, and she's more Alpha than you ever will be!" Yanira hissed to them, her fur sticking up on her neck. They all turned their attention to the small Wildcat who stood her ground with no input at all. "Your Omega's sister? Ha! I can see why she made you her sister. You were just as stupid as her." Brogan snapped. With that, he lifted his paw and began to bring it down with all force.

The group cried out and told her to move. Yanira however closed her eyes and waited for the claws to strike her. But before she could even be clawed, she suddenly felt the quick breeze go by her, and Brogan somehow was pushed away from her and he fell to the ground. Surprised by the sudden movement, they all looked up and saw CC landing on the ground, wings flapping but then folding. Her eyes were bright orange, her hair barely sparking. "What! How!" Brogan snapped once he looked better. "Lesson one, you never leave me in a ditch until you make sure I'm dead!" she snapped. "Lesson two, don't ever put your hands on my pack!" she growled and blasted them all back.

"Lesson three, don't assume I'm something I'm not. Because I'm no Omega!" she snapped and blasted them with a huge fireball. With their new magic, they were able to stop it from hurting them too much. "How... how are you able to do any of this! You're only an Omega!" Brogan snapped. "News flash, I've changed." CC snapped and blasted them again. They blocked it this time and together they faced the furious Phoenix who now engulfed her whole body in flames. "What are you gonna do Omega? We've got more power now than we ever have in a long time! You really expect us to lose against someone like you?" Brogan sneered as he and the others summoned their powers. "At least I could try and not be a coward." CC snapped and summoned her power.

They all laughed wickedly and blasted ice towards her. "You can try... but you'll fail!" he snapped and shot ice shards towards her. CC dodged each one and made some turn all the way around and go back towards them. "Yeah CC! Go get 'em!" Yoani shouted. "You've got this!" Michelle shouted. CC smiled and took down three of the Wildcats that scratched her ribs and her flank. One of them pinned her down and tried clawing at her throat. "Get back up CC! Do the Owl Eyes!" Allijah shouted to her. CC widened her eyes which caused them to release flames into their face. "AGH! I can't see!" Marianna screeched and ran off. Morgan and Daniel ran after her, one threw a spear, the other threw a spell component. "Try spindash!" Kevin shouted. CC ran towards the objects and crashed into them. When she did, the objects went back towards them, making them both fall down. "You might as well give up now Omega!" Brogan snapped. He then formed a huge snowball and made it fly towards her.

Taken back by its size, she didn't have time to react and it hit her. She tumbled and finally landed on her knees, her head bowed. "That's the way Omega. Bow before your Alpha!" he roared. "Heh. You might be the Alpha of this land right now. But you are not the ruler of me!" CC snapped. Everyone nearby of all different species came to see what was going to happen. Brogan was more than angry and sent icicles towards her. CC lifted her hand and stopped the icicles before melting them into a puddle of water. "I wish it didn't have to come to this, but you haven't given me much choice!" CC snapped and pulled out the six stones she had in her pocket. She then made all of them circle around her before they lit up. "Ha! Do you really think you can defeat us with those? We've already gotten the power we need! Fire!" Brogan sneered and the rest of them gathered their magic to destroy CC and the stones.

By relaxing and focusing on the stones, CC calmly made a bubble around herself. A beam of light then formed from the five stones which then distributed to the Hope stone. "You are not fit for Southerean North Acres." CC cried. She gathered the last bit of strength before allowing the beam to fire right at them. The light became so bright that most of everyone else had to cover their eyes but could see the silhouette of CC pushing the beam towards the Wildcat traitors as they struggled to keep up their own beam of ice. "NOOOO!" Brogan shouted and the rest of the gang cried out in agony as the beam blew them away from the group.
