Yejin planned a quick getaway trip for them before Hyunbin leaves for Jordan to film his upcoming movie, Bargaining, which would take about two months or so of filming in the Middle East. She's dreading the day he leaves for Jordan and won't be able to see him for quite some time. Ever since the COVID-19 became worse in Seoul, Yejin and Hyunbin decided to stay in Yejin's apartment since it is more convenient than going back and forth to two places. Because they were always together pretty much every day for a couple of weeks, Yejin is already feeling the separation anxiety, so she decided to spend more time together and savour the moment.
Tonight is their last night in Jeju, and Yejin is preparing a special dinner just for Hyunbin. She wants to pamper him as much as she can because she won't be able to do it again for the next two months.
As Hyunbin watches Yejin prepare for their dinner, he couldn't help but be grateful for having her in his life. Someone who takes care of him without asking for anything in return. He didn't know what he did in his past life to deserve someone as extraordinary as Yejin.
Hyunbin was trying to avoid any topic regarding his upcoming departure throughout their dinner because his heart is already longing for his Yejin, even though they are still together. However, when they were finishing up their dinner, Yejin suddenly became quiet and was just staring at him. He knows that she was thinking about his departure because he can see how she was holding her tears and trying not to cry in front of him. This will be the longest they would be separated from each other ever since they got engaged.
