Life used to be simpler.

I glanced to my left and saw the beautiful, tall, green, shrubs staring back at me, swaying side to side with every breeze.

I swiftly get off my bed and go get dressed because today is such a nice day outside and I would rather be out there than stuck in here. 

I get dressed in my ripped Hollister jeans, my yellow Tommy Hilfiger shirt, and my red Crocs, put my hair back into a messy ponytail before it's time to go outside.

Life goes on.

I look to my left and see the shrubs moving around because of the wind.

I'm not allowed to go outside anymore. I get dressed in my sweatpants and a hoodie and wait as time passes by.
