"Are you ready?"

Napatingin ako kay Zyscher. I just nodded in response. The day after the announcement, today, is the first day of meeting the Heads. In my knowledge, I will meet the Head of the Lercoz Clan today. And others for the remaining days.

We used a van that could fit us all. Dahil lalabas kami ng University ay may mga sasakyan at nga motor ng mga guards sa harapan at likuran namin. This is how tight the security is.

When the results were announced, everyone was pretty much not that shock. They probably knew that it's gonna be me based from the results of the individual competitions.

I haven't seen Vana after that since my room was emptied after and I officially stayed in the Monarch's Dorm Building last night. I admit, nakakapanibago.

We left early in the morning kaya walang mga estudyante sa paligid. The Coronation will be held next week.

Nakatingin ako sa labas ng bintana. I knew we were getting near the House of Lercoz since I can see the extravagant road and sidewalks na halatang pribado. No cars and such are spotted except for us.

Ng tumigil kami ay napatingin ako sa harap. The cars at the front gave way and remained at the side of the road outside. Duon ko nakita ang isang malaking gate with the symbol of the Lercoz Clan.

Tahimik kami hanggang sa bumukas iyon at pumasok ang sasakyan namin.

Napatingin ako kay Audine sa harap. I can feel her nervousness.

"It's been a long time" I heard her whisper.

Bumaba na kami ng sasakyan at bumungad sa akin ang malaking mansion, sa harap ang fountain at may mga nakatayong mga nakaitim na mga guards sa bawat sulok sa labas ng mansion nila.

"So who am I meeting exactly? Your Grandmother or Grandfather or both?" Pagbasag ko sa katahimikan.

"My Grandfather is the Head of our Clan" she answered. Tumingin muli ako sa harap at ng makarating kami sa harap ng pintuan ay may lumapit na matandang babae na pormal na pormal ang ayos at itsura.

"Duchess Giebrelle" she bowed to her at ganun dun ang ginawa nito sa amin. She stared at me for a sec like she's trying to know me by looking bago binalingan muli si Audine.

Huminto kami sa harap ng isang wooden door. Madame Roa knocked on the door.

"The Monarch of South Valtimore have arrived!" She announced before opening the two wide doors.

She gave Audine a small smile before gesturing us to go inside. Daig pa siguro ako ni Audine sa pangangamba. I don't feel nervous or scared. I've been through this before and besides, I shouldn't get nervous. There's nothing to worry.

We stopped at the front and I saw an old man sitting, holding a newspaper. I couldn't see his face because of it but I can already feel the tension.

"Lord Atilus" The King called. It took him five seconds before he finally dropped the newspaper and looked at him.

The Monarch isn't obliged to bow to the Heads and vice versa. The Monarch leads the South and is the highest rank of the South but the words of the Heads are like rules even to them. But still, Zyscher or should I say, us, are higher than them. The thing is, the Heads are highly respected as that title were passed to them by the former Heads, even the 1st ones who discovered Valtimore.
