It's night time and I'm out here, in the dark, admiring the view of the night skies.

"Fiostré" I whispered when I saw the Northern Lights formed. Wala sa sarili akong napangiti at napapikit kasabay ng pagpatak ng butil ng luha ko.

It's quiet and calm. The tranquility might still be there. But it's clouded by people hungry for power, the chaos and wars. Valtimore is a beautiful yet a devastating country.

When was the last time I felt happiness? I don't remember.

"It's beautiful isn't it?" I said in a low voice when I heard footsteps from the fallen leaves.

"Do you think there's a chance that Valtimore will be at peace?" Nakatingin pa din ako sa kalangitan. He stood beside me. "I don't know"

Napatingin ako sa kanya at natawa ng mahina. "Being a Devraux and a King is hard right? You have all the privileges but you have to sacrifice a lot"

"What about you?" Humiga ako sa damuhan.

"I sacrificed a lot too"

"Like what?" Umupo siya sa tabi ko.

"My happiness, love, family. Basically, my life" mapait akong ngumiti.

"What happened, why did you leave?" He asked. I can't believe I'm actually having a serious conversation with the King of De la Fontaine right now.

"I got cheated. Funny right?" I chuckled. Ramdam kong natigilan at kumunot ang noo niya.

"Cheated?"

"Hmm, well. I caught them feeling pleasure in each other's bodies" I said remembering everything that I saw before.

"What did you do?" He asked. Umupo ako at nakipagtitigan sa kanya.

"Oh, I didn't do anything. I just left when they saw me" nakangiti kong sagot. "Confrontation?" Umiling ako. "Nah, it's just the same stupid words. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to do it, let me explain or I'm sorry, I was drunk" I mimicked every man's words when they're caught cheating. He chuckled.

"It's clear. Besides, he never stood up for me when every one of them was trying to take me down"

Nabalot kami ng katahimikan pagkatapos kong magsalita. "Alesiana's a great Queen" I muttered. I thought he will be in rage like he usually do when Alesiana Fontana is involve but he just stayed quiet.

Tumayo na ako at pinagpagan ang pantalon ko. "Move on, Zyscher"

"Not until I find justice for her" he answered back before I left.

Justice is too hard to get in a country like this. You have to play the game well. Sacrifice a lot until there's nothing left in you.

The next morning was actually peaceful. No Nihko Hyres around waking me up. Rose Brent was in a good mood after winning the race so she wasn't throwing daggers at me for the day.

"You lost" I had a little smile plastered on my lips. "You know I also like loosing" I said. Crane laughed at the other line.

"Hey, Silver. Let's go!" Sumilip si Vana sa tent namin. She was already dressed and all excited. We're all going to the waterfalls located at the heart of Laezian. Ewan ko lang kung anong naisip ng Monarch and they halted the tournament for everyone to have fun.

Vana's wearing a summer dress and even wore a hat. Halos lahat ay ganun ang get up that's why she was frowning when she saw me wearing my black pants and shirt.
