"Yes"

Days had passed since she had accepted The Siren's blessing, and it had made obvious changes. First, her previously midnight black hair was now as white as snow and she had now heterochromic eyes, since one of her beautiful sea green eyes, was now a sparkling ocean blue, just like her mother's. Thinking about her mother saddned her, but she pushed that thoughts aside. Of course, she could change her appearance back to normal if she wanted to, but she never did. She liked her new look, and her using her previous style would be a gigantic proof she was, indeed, stck in the past. But then came the not-so-positive changes. She now had the sirens's song. She had always had it but now it was ten times more powerful. Then was the banshee scream. Obviously, she didn't scream at every single death, because then she would never stop screaming, but there were still times were she woud  wake up screaming.

Percy was taking a walk through  the beach, relaxing slightly as she felt the waves crashing agains her feet when her phone rang. She had gotten herself a phone after the murder of her family, so the police could contact her in case anything was found. She quickly answered it, desperate for news. "Hello? Did they find anything?" "No, Miss Jackson, unfortunately, we have yet to find anything." "Oh. Then what is this call about?" "About you sister, Miss" "What about her?" Percy knew she sounded rude, but her sister's murder had been the harshest of all, since she was only a month old "She's woken up, Miss" "Wjat do you meen 'woken up'? She's dead." "I'm afraid you're wrong. You're sister did not die, but was put on a comma." "R-really?" "We can sign her up for adoption if that's what you wa-" "No! No. She's coming with me. I was just surprised, as I was informed she had died. I'll get to the hospital as soon as posible". With those last words, Percy hung up. She changed back to her previous appearance, since that was how she looked in her passaport. She had a purpouse now. She had her sister.
