Only a few weeks had passed since Estelle had been allowed out of the hospital, and Percy was already drowmimg in problems.
First, Estelle was only a month old, so Percy had to be very specific while buying.
Second, Percy couldn't look after Estelle all the time because she had three different jobs, but she could not afford a babysitter because of the third and most important problem. They were running out of money. The special milk she had to buy for Estelle was extremely expensive, and she also had to buy food for herself.
Of course, there were also good things. She loved playing with her little sister, maling her giggle, tell her stories aboit the gods. And since Percy had found out she could bless mortals, she gave her sister the abilities of a child of Poseidon and a slight siren song. Thanks to the last thing, she could now sing to her sister without fear of affecting her. Even though she was only a month old, and had only had her blessing for a week, Estelle was already manipulating water, and Percy couldn't be more proud. But even with her's and Estelle's powers, Percy's everyday was pretty much the same. It wasn't until wednesday her incredibly boring rutine finally broke.
