"Give her time!" Noah shouted.

"Your Majesty, it has been two weeks. We must move the body from this room."

"I'm the King! This room has been cleared and nothing else is in it other than her body!"

"I apologize, Your Majesty."

"Your Majesty, there has been no progress. I think it is best if she's moved." Elizabeth said. "The palace has been on locked down since her death nor has her death been announced and the people are worried."

"I don't care, Elizabeth."

"Your Majesty?" One of the guards called out. "Your guests have arrived."

"What guests?"

"You weren't expecting us but we had to come and give our condolences."

Noah sighed. "Carter and Rayne, what a pleasure."

"Journee couldn't be here since she's dealing with the arrival of her very evil sister but she sends her condolences to you." Rayne's voice said as it faded away.

I could no longer hear the conversation between the familiar people. Instead, I could hear the sounds of what seemed to be hundreds of people speaking all at once. Suddenly, the familiar smell came back. I felt stuck yet the intoxicating smell brought me nothing but joy and hunger. The voices suddenly stopped all except one.

Whispering, the unfamiliar and haunting voice stated. "Mysteria did this to you both."

Suddenly, my eyes shot open. I started directly at the huge ceiling with the large chandelier as the sound of Noah, Rayne, and Carter bickering caught my attention. Without sitting up or moving my head, I looked over to the window to see that the sun shined brightly through the large windows. I could see the dust clearly floating through the air, I could hear the birds chirping despite the windows being closed, and the intoxicating smell engulfed my nostrils.

"Bitch Please! You have a two week old dead body in the infirmary all because you're too afraid to even tell your citizens that the queen is dead!" I heard Carter say.

Sitting up, I sniffed the air causing them all to turn towards me. Noah watched me with wide eyes as I looked right back at him. I sniffed again knowing that the lovely smell came from him. Jumping up, I flew towards Noah and grabbed his neck.

"Holy Shit!" Rayne shouted excitedly.

"Ororo!" Elizabeth warned.

"Come on!" Rayne exclaimed. "She's a fresh vampire and you think warning her to not eat her husband will calm her down? She's not used to dieting!"

Seeking my fangs into his neck, Noah groaned in pleasure as the guards quickly made their way towards me. Grabbing my arm, Timothy yanked me away from Noah causing me to turn my attention to him. Timothy gasped as I squeezed his neck tightly as the sound of the guards shifting into their wolf forms sounded throughout the room.

"Ororo." Timothy wheezed.

Smirking, I seeked my fangs into his neck as one of the wolves ran towards me. Dropping Timothy, I used my superhuman speed and moved back towards Noah who stood in the same spot holding his neck.  Grabbing my arm, Noah stared at me angrily.

"How is a wolf able to stop a vampire?" Rayne whispered to Carter.

"He's a hybrid too." She replied. "He's stronger than her in terms of strength."

"Stop it!" He growled. "Fight your urge to suck everyone dry and listen to me, Ororo. We will not hurt you."

"Your Majesty?"
