Life Around Werewolves

Chapter 10

Sasha

I found my way down their long ass driveway and to the road. When I got to the road I stopped, looked to the left then to the right and decided to go to the left, since that's the way we went every time we went to the mall. I walked for a couple of minutes and saw in the far distance that I was close to the mall. I started walking faster and before I knew it I was running to there. A couple minutes later and I was standing up front of the mall out of breath.

When I caught my breath I walked into the mall and instantly went to my most favorite place to go when I come here. . . GENES WAREHOUSE! I walked straight to a cute pair of shoes I saw when I walked in here and looked at the price and size. The size was perfect and the price was a little over budget but I have Chases credit card plus he said that I could get what ever I wanted. I grabbed them and looked around the store for a little while longer (2 hours) and found a pair of jeans and a jean jacket that I liked.

I walked out of the store and whet looking of the food places they have cause I took two hours looking for clothes. I decided to just get some cinnamon rolls from cinnamon because that place makes amazing cinnamon rolls. As I ate the roll I walked around the mall and looked at all the things in the windows. I turned a corner and saw Chase walking my way so I quickly turned and went back the other way. I walked into the closest store which just so happened to be a pet store. I walked further in and saw the most adorable puppy I ever saw. (picture)

"Hey what type of dog is this?" I asked a lady that worked here when she walked past me.

"Oh that? That's not a dog. That's a wolf pup. We found him on the side of the road one day and decided to bring him here." She told me.

I looked at the price and told her that I will buy the puppy because he just called to me. The lady took him out, handed him to me and told me to fallow her. Just when she handed me the card back Chase came into the store. I looked at him behind the puppies head then looked away remembering why I didn't want to be around him.

"Why are you buying a puppy?" He asked me.

"Cause you said I can get whatever I want and I want this puppy." I said as the lady gave me a stroller and a bag that came free with the pup. I kissed the puppy on the head and put him in the stroller.

"Come on I'm taking you home." Chase told me.

I slammed the bag into his chest and pushed the stroller out of the store telling the lady bye. I walked out of the mall and to our car that I recognized as his. I waited for him to unlock the car, then pulled the puppy out of the stroller, Folded it up and put it in the back. I sat in the front with the puppy on my lap. I hugged him to my chest and sighed. I need to think of a name for him now.

Chase

        To be honest when I saw her in the pet store holding that wolf pup I was mad but now I'm just confused. I looked at her and saw that she was playing with the pup and my wolf got mad. Well maybe it was me but you will never know because I will never tell . . . OK it was partly me too. When we reached the driveway to my house, I pulled over on the side of the road and locked the doors.

        "Hey, what are you doing?" She asked looking more upset than she was before.

        "I have to tell you something and you might freak out a little about it." I said in a calm voice while looking at her and the pup.

        She looked at me expectantly and waited for me to tell her what I was going to tell her. I looked out the window and sighed.

        "Do you remember the first day we met and when I saved you from the car accident? Well their was a reason why I found you so fast and why I found you. If I wasn't the way I was then I would have never met you or found you and you probably would have died." I paused and looked at her to see if she was listening.

        "Just get to the point already, will ya?" She said with a hint of annoyance in her voice.

        "OK. I will just say it then." I paused for a second then continued. "Me and my family. . . We are werewolves."

        She looked at me for a couple of seconds then started to laugh. She shook her head and stopped laughing.

        "HA HA. That was so funny, but for real. What did you want to tell me?" She said.

        "Sasha I'm being serious we're werewolves I can prove it to you."

        "Then prove it. Go ahead."

        I looked at her then got out of the car taking my keys with me and locking the door again. I walked around to the front of the car I pulled off my shirt and pants leaving my boxers on (I always keep an extra in the trunk). I closed my eyes and shifted. when I reopened them Sasha was looking at me with shock in her eyes and her mouth was wide open. I walked to the car slowly with the car keys in my mouth. I put them down and pushed the unlock button with my paw and opened the door. I sat down by the door, looked at her and tilted my head sideways.

        "Oh. My. God. That was so cool." She said as she patted me on the head. I put my paws on her lap and licked her hand. She laughed and playfully slapped my nose. The puppy on her lap that I totally forgot about growled at me so growled back. Sasha gasped and actually slapped me on the nose. I sneezed and looked at her with puppy eyes, asking her to forgive me. I licked the puppy on the face and looked at her. She laughed.

        "Go change back OK? I forgive you." She said.

        As I walked to the back of the car I was relived. Thank god she forgave me I thought.
