Yay for updates! So how do you think Eden is going to grow up to be in this story? And what kind of person do you think Harry is judging by the first chapter? Comment, vote share. xx

Harry had appraisals to organize all morning and afternoon, but Gemma couldn't watch Eden today due to food poisoning and Anne and Robin were on a cruise for their anniversary. Luckily, the boys came over and agreed to get some chores done and watch Eden while Harry worked upstairs.

"Harold!" Liam's voice boomed throughout the two story house as he was in search for one of his best mates and his goddaughter.

"In the kitchen lads!" Harry shouted as he was scooping some noodles and putting it on Eden's high chair tray. They walked in and her eyes lit up at the sight of her godfather and three uncles.

"How's my little princess doing today?" Niall said giving Eden a shower of kisses all over her right cheek."Oi, only I can call her princess," Liam said pulling Niall away slowly so he could lift Eden out of her high chair. He loved his goddaughter more than anything in the world. Sophia was incapable of having children, but Liam thinks being a godfather is just as great or even better than being a father.

Liam propped her on his hip and begin to feed her pieces of cut up banana, one of her favorites which ends up all over her face anyways. Smothering her was one of his favorite things to do.

"So, we're just gonna watch her all day, yeah?" Louis asked taking a seat at the bar counter.

"Yeah, and I'm only a shout away if you need anything," Harry said drying his hands after washing the dishes he just used to make lunch with. "And I'm about to put her down for a nap, so you boys can just hang out until she's awake," he said reaching to take his daughter out of Liam's grip.

"Can I put her down for her nap?" Liam said already walking towards the staircase. "Sure. Give her her la-la and turn on her ocean-"

"I know what to do," Liam said with a tone that already assured Harry he knew what he was doing.

Liam laid Eden in her crib, but Eden immediately stood back up and yelled "Lia!" for she couldn't say the "M".

"Eden Grace, you know it's sleepy time," Liam said leaning over the crib. He grabbed her hand and put it on his nose. He said "Nose" and, being the smart individual she is, she repeated the word. She did the same with eyes, ears, and lips, which Liam puckered and gave a kiss. Once he got her hand to his heart, she said "Love".

"Eden, let your first love always be your daddy. And if he makes you angry or upset, I'll be happy to take his spot for the time being," he said playfully messing with her stubby fingers. After realizing it's been ten minutes and Eden still isn't asleep, Liam set the sounds on, gives her her la-la, lays the blanket over her body, and turns the light off.

"Thanks for watching Eden for me, lads, you're free to go!" Harry said walking down the stairs while rubbing his eyes and stretching out his arms and back. "She was a delight, but I'm worn, mate. See you tomorrow," Louis said with all the boys following behind him, saying their goodbyes.

Once Harry shut the door, he turned around with a cheeky expression and arms outstretched as Eden ran into his arms. She was so excited to finally see her daddy after not seeing him all afternoon. He scooped her up and held her above his head, bouncing her up and down.

"Looks like someones birthday is in a week. I better start getting your party together before Grandmum and Aunt G starts making everything pink," he spoke to the toddler as he rolled his eyes at the thought of everything being the dreadful color he hated.

Once he had fed Eden dinner, given her a bath, and dressed her in her pajamas, he practiced her words with her. Eyes, nose, lips, and heart. "Love" she said. "Who taught you love?" Harry said with his forehead pressed against hers. "Lia," she said scrunching her nose as she smiled.

Harry had no problem with Liam spending time with Eden, but he felt as if he's been teaching her too much. Liam's always been so close to Eden ever since she was born. He would let Eden sleep over at his house when Harry worked late shifts or when nobody could watch her. Harry understood their situation, but he also wanted to spend time with his little girl while she still had this time to be an infant.
