Holly Lockhart thought things couldn't get worse when she and her now single mom move all the way from South Dakota to New York. She had to leave her friends behind, her school, even her dad. Not only is that stressful, she now has to go to a new school with new peers. To top it all off, her awkward introduction with Peter Parker didn't go so well after she ran into him—quite literally.
Her first day of school would become more intriguing when meeting three girls: Gwen Stacy, a perky girl who is outgoing; Michelle Jones, a very observant and curious person; and Mary-Jane Watson, a beautiful girl with a kind heart. Other than meeting the charming, handsome and annoying rich kid of a well known entrepreneur, Harry Osborn, Holly becomes adjusted to her life surprisingly fast... until she has the misfortune one day to run into trouble. She would have been done for if it wasn't for the mysterious masked superhero known as Spider-Man.
Holly soon learns that things in New York are a lot more than just an ordinary city. Crime waves hit when least expected, supervillains come and go to fight the masked man, and those closest to her have secrets; secrets that could get her killed if she knew what they were. Holly seems to have her life slipping right out of her fingers, and she has no idea how she can fix it. The worst part? Peter Parker has a secret as well, and he does not want Holly to find out. At all.

Hello friends! Welcome to my book! I can't tell you how pumped I am to present this to you, and I hope you're excited, too!
I really wanted to write a Peter Parker fan fiction for a long time, so I have to thank @tinkertaydust for inspiring me to write this. Part of this story might have some elements from the comics, but will mostly be set like the films.
This story doesn't follow a timeline in Marvel, so this is going to be my version. But this will take place before Far From Home. And as for Marvel, I don't own the franchise or the characters except for Holly and other characters I have created. I hope you enjoy!
