Doctors P.O.V.:

"Right then you two, tell me, where do you wanna go?" I asked, standing at the dials. "Backwards or forwards in time? It's your choice. What's it gonna be?" I looked between the two. Rose looked more engaged in the conversation than Elizabeth, who looked around the TARDIS once more before staring at me with a new bout of curiosity.

Rose looked at Elizabeth and chuckled. "Forwards."

"How far?" I asked, staring right into Elizabeth's eyes. I wondered if she would be able to figure it out before I told her.

"100 years," Rose stated. Elizabeth nodded at the choice.

After putting the date in, the TARDIS started moving, just as it should. "There you go! Outside this door is the 22nd century."

"You're kidding," Rose stated in shock.

"That's a bit boring, though. Wanna go further?"

"Yes!" Elizabeth gasped out, looking at the console quickly before turning back to me.

I smiled at her while I put the next date in. She locked eyes with me as the TARDIS rumbled. "Then how about ten thousand years in the future? Step outside, it's the year 12005, the new Roman Empire." I looked between the two shocked girls.

"You think you're so impressive," Elizabeth stated as she moved closer to Rose, who giggled at her statement.

"I am so impressive!" I stated in shock.

"You wish!" Rose laughed.

Their identical grins pushed me to move further. "Right then. You asked for it, I know exactly where to go." They looked at each other in excitement and laughed. "Hold on!" I said, grabbing the panel as the TARDIS rumbled through the vortex.

"Where are we?" Rose asked, looking at me and the door, gesturing outside. She grabbed Elizabeth's hand, ready to pull her along. "What's out there?"

I gestured to the door again. She smiled and started walking out, pulling Elizabeth with her. This is going to be fantastic!

Elizabeth P.O.V.:

Rose and I stepped outside of the ship to see a room. It's a nice room, but what is the purpose for it?  The door swung open and the Doctor came out, heading straight for a panel on the wall.

What is he doing?

Then, upon hearing some bleeping, I looked at him and then back at Rose who was walking down the steps to look at the rising shutters.

Standing between Rose and I, he said, "You lot, you spend all your time thinking about dying. How you're gonna get killed by eggs or beef or global warming or asteroids. You never take time to imagine the impossible, that you survive."

I stared in awe of the planet, holding slightly onto the Doctor. He glanced down at me, but I was too busy staring ahead.

"This is the year 5.5/Apple/26," he said, which made me look up at him in confusion. We put fruit in years now?  He continued, "This is five billion years in your future."

I quickly looked down, back at the planet. Five billion years?

"This is the day, hold on—" he continued, looking down at his watch. "This is the day the sun expands."

I gasped, moving forward to look closer.

"Welcome to the end of the world."

I turned back to look at him in awe. This is amazing. All of this? Does he always do this? Travel to different places and experience I was pulled from my thoughts as the Doctor lightly pulled me along. On our walk, I heard an announcement talking about banned things. They banned religion? Maybe it's to make sure no one fights on board.
