Hello, my darling dears! 👋

As I mentioned at the end of the previous episode, here is a little filler chapter.

Now that Freja and Amy have been through a couple of real adventures with the Doctor, I thought it was about time everyone got properly settled into the TARDIS. . . 😁

Enjoy! 😘

I would really appreciate it if you'd please leave comments. They are what keep me motivated to write more! <3

"Why don't you two go on and get settled in." The Doctor told Freja and Amy, shooting them a small smile as he fiddled with the controls on the console. "We've just been going and going and going, so it might be a good idea for you to actually make yourselves comfortable while aboard."

"Come to think of it," Freja stretched out her arms and rolled her shoulders. "I am suddenly feeling kind of exhausted."

"Well, I don't think we've slept for the past couple of days." Amy responded, leaning against the railing. "Starship UK and the Cabinet War Rooms, back-to-back."

The Doctor smiled at them. "Rooms are down the hall, take a left. Just keep walking 'til you find whatever the TARDIS conjures up for you."

They nodded. "Thanks."

"And after you two've rested up," He called as they walked up a set of stairs to exit the console room. "you can choose where we go next!"

Freja gave him a double thumbs up before spinning back around and walking down the corridor. "I vote we go to a planet!" Amy's voice called back as she and Freja walked deeper into the TARDIS.

The Doctor sighed, folding his arms as he leaned back against the console and thought about what he had learned during their time in the Cabinet War Rooms . . . Neither Freja nor Amy knew who the Daleks were. They should, and yet they don't. There was also the small matter of the glowing crack in Amy's bedroom wall from when she was a child. He wasn't sure, but he had a feeling the two may be connected somehow. He really hoped he was wrong, though. Then again, how often was he that lucky?
