Michael paced the house. It had been five hours and she still wasn't home. He had called her forty seven times and they all went straight to voicemail. Where could she be? He asked himself. You just need to calm down, she'll be home soon. He lay down on the couch. As soon as he closed his eyes the front door opened. Michael sat up and ran to the door. There was Lennon, talking to Steve or whatever his name was. He grabbed her bringing her in for a hug.
"Where did you go? You can't just run off like that."
She looked up at him,
"I'm sorry Mike, I just went to sunrise and to Sam's."
He gave her a small smile.
"Don't do it again." He said, giving Sam a nod then walking upstairs.
Lennon laughed,
"I LOVE Will Ferrell don't you?"
Sam looked less than interested in the movie, or her for that matter. He barely looked up from his phone,
"Uh yeah babe."
Lennon sighed and turned her attention back to the movie. A knock sounded from the door. Lennon got up to open it, seeing Jane standing there sadly. Suddenly she pulled Lennon into a hug.
"Oh Lennon I am so so sorry."
She cried, into her hair. Lennon stood there awkwardly,
"Uh it's okay Jane."
Jane pulled away, smiling.
"Is michael in his room?"
"Uh huh."
"Okay, see you later."
And with that she was gone.
Lennon walked back to the couch, curling up beside Sam.
He gave her a sly smile.
"Who was that?"
"Mike's girlfriend Jane."
He smiled,
"That you hate."
She laughed,
"I don't hate her."
"Puhlease, I could see by the way you were rolling your eyes as she spoke."
Lennon laughed.
"She's not even close to being as pretty as you." He added, winking. Lennon smiled and leaned in to kiss him. Sam deepened the kiss, slowly moving on top of her. Suddenly he pulled away.
"Len?"
"Yeah?"
"Will you be my girlfriend?"
She giggled. Well he is a good kisser, she thought to herself. "Yes!"
