"I didn't know there was a coffee shop here."

"We also sell various baked goods. And tea."

"I want Coffee as dark as my soul," the man with incredibly dry lips and blue hair said.

"And I would like a cup of tea, and whichever baked goods you recommend in two servings."

"Please take a seat anywhere you like."

He sighed internally, calling his bunny manifestation to wake up his boss, the woman walking out as if nothing had happened, briefly taking notice of the guests before being handed the slip with the order.

"This coffee shop wasn't here last year," Shigaraki said.

"It wasn't. And it certainly is an odd place for a coffee shop," Kurogiri responded.

"No shit, it's in the middle of a bunch of run down buildings and alleyways."

"It's customary to greet your neighbours isn't it?" Kurogiri said.

"And our greeting should have been getting rid of everyone here-"

"Here is your milk."

Shigaraki blinked at the coffee cup full of white milk.

"I asked for coffee."

"There is a small amount of cold brew in that cup. Along with a strawberry milk made in house."

"This isn't coffee-"

"Hibiscus tea and tres leches berries cake," the tired woman said, her hair tied up in a bun as she put down the two plates of dessert and poured a cup of tea for the portal man.

Not only had she not slept but she was meeting some people who were going to attack high schoolers in the future. And she didn't want to get involved in the plot anymore dammit.

"It's very fragrant. This cake is also very springy... and moist."

"Yes sir. Let us know if you need anything else," she said.

Hajime has already returned to the coffee counter and register, and Akiyo began walking back to the kitchen.

Kurogiri are the cake.

"It's quite good. I'm impressed by the quality."

Shigaraki took a violent bite of the cake and immediately slowed down, taking a sip of the milk.

"The combination is good."

"Ah."

"What?" Shigaraki asked irritatedly.

"Both employees have gone to the kitchen."

"We should kill them. We can just steal the food."

"If you steal all our food and kill us, you won't get any coffee, tea, or sweets after you finish it."

"So it's just you two?" Kurogiri asked, sensing that he would have to silence them. Shigaraki was too careless still.

"Yes. Now we have two choices."

The blinds at the front fell, and the lights turned on. Akiyo crosses her arms, and a large stuffed rabbit with a somewhat creepy expression stood towering over her.

"You could just not kill us and we can all go about our day peacefully. Or you try to kill us and we see who kills who first."

"Ha, you'll never win! We will be the truth that this world needs!"

Shigaraki reaches towards Akiyo, who smacked his hand aside.

"The world already has truth, obstructed or not. Get it right."
