~4 - The train~

(y/n)'s POV

Lupin had said he would pick me up on the 1st of September at 10. It's 10:01 and he's not here yet. I've been waiting since 8!!!! Ok fine, I think I am being over dramatic about it, but I'm sooooooooo excited! Last night I was up till 10 ( I think ) double checking everything I've got, making sure to pack my charger, after charging my phone, my toothbrush, toothpaste and everything else. My wand is in my rucksack because I don't want it to get crushed under all the packaging. Did I tell you I got a cat! It's a tiny ginger kitten and she's soooooo cute! I named her Hazel. She's in a (f/c) cat carrier. 

Ding dong. 

Just like when we first met. Lupin had finally come. 

"Hey (y/n). Ready to go?"

"Of course I am!!! Let's gooooo!"

"Ok then! By Mr and Mrs (y/l/n)"

"Bye then!" yelled my dad across the house. I could hear his footsteps coming. 

"Bye (y/n)!  Have fun at school! Also don't forget to call me alot!" my mum pulled me into a hug. 

"Of course I will." I replied. My dad also came in and hugged me at this point.

"Dad, I've got to go."

"Oh right. Bye (y/n)!"

"Bye everyone! I'll be back in the holidays!"

"Let's go now shall we? We'll be late for the train otherwise" I had forgotten about Lupin for a bit there!

"Oh right. How will we get there?"I ask. I didn't see a car outside.

"We will apparate." Lupin could clearly see I had no idea what he was talking about. " Hold onto my hand and I'll show you"

As soon as I held onto his hand I felt as though I was spinning. Then all of a sudden, we were outside Kings Cross Station. I also felt like throwing up. But I didn't. I never had.

"Cool" I said. 

"Yeah" Lupin replied. I was still in shock that some day I could probably learn how to do that. "Anyway, the train will leave in like half an hour so we have quite a bit of time. What do you want to do?"

I looked over at the coffee shop on the other side of the station.

"Alright, lets go"

~time skip to after getting f/d~

"Oh gosh! Is that the time!" Lupin surprised me and I nearly dropped my drink. "Ok, we have to get on the train now!" We ran across the station. There were 10 mins left until the train left. "Ok, now follow me!" He, wait, RAN THROUGH THE WALL!!!! Ok, so I ran as well, I was waiting for a bang, to hit my head, for it to break open, I was thinking of all the bones I would break...

But it never happened. 

Instead, I saw a beautiful train, it said hogwarts express on the front, the steam formed a cloud above the entire train, almost as if it were in the sky. I looked around the place. Wait, where was Lupin?

"I'm over here (y/n)!" Thank god. I pushed my trolley and he helped me put my luggage into an empty cabin. "I have to go to the teachers cabin soooooo, I guess I'll see you at school?" 

" Ok sure! See you Professor!" 

"See you (y/n)! Oh and also you can call me Remus when I'm not teaching you."

"Sooooo, Bye Remus?" He just waved goodbye and left.
