It was 12:34 AM, some people had left the party, and some are staying over at Miu's house.
"Nyeh.. what should we do now?" asked Himiko.
"Yes.. Gonta want know what to do too!" said Gonta.
"What about we talk about the killing game.. talk about our experience." said Maki.
"Sure, let's do that!" said Kaede.
"Alright bitches! Guess we're gonna talk about the killing game!" shouted Miu.
They all gathered up, and sat in a small circle.
"Hey side-kick, how did you feel about Kaede in the beginning of the game? You know. Before she got executed?" asked Kaito.
Shuichi looked at Kaede with a light blush on his face. Kaede noticed this, and looked away from him.
"I mean.. Kaede was a close friend.." said Shuichi.
"So you guys had a strong friendship!" Kaito gave him a smile and a thumbs up.
"So did ya fucking have a crush on her or not?" questioned Miu.
"I-uhh, I mean-" If Shuichi had a his hat right now, he would use it to hide his face.
(god man up shuichi you coward)
"I uh.. Kaede was a close friend.. I wanted to be more than that.." Shuichi then looked at the floor. Miu looked at him and said "IDIOTIC MORON SHUICHI YOUR FUCKING CONFESSIONS ARE SO LAME-."
Kokichi interruped them, and tried to change the subject. "Nishishi, you were quite a smart detective back there, weren't you?"
"I mean.. I wouldn't say smart-" Shuichi then got interrupted.
"You were pretty smart Shuichi! You were a great detective, helping everyone get the culprits right!" exclaimed Tsumugi.
Kaede POV
Oh.. Shuichi liked me too? What a shame I can't accept his feelings after all that stuff I told Kokichi.
I try to distract myself from Shuichi, like maybe playing Flea Waltz in my head- no. That just reminds me of my execution.
Shuichi POV
"What did you guys think of the monokubs?" asked Kaito.
"Hm? You mean those annoying things?" responded Kokichi.
"Oh those! I hated every single one of those bitches, except my child Monotaro!" said Miu.
"Y-you still think of him as your child?" I asked.
"Hell yeah! It feels amazing to be a mom!"
As they were talking about how annoying the monokubs were, I looked at Kaede. She seemed to be ignoring me, for whatever reason. Did she not feel the same way..? As I got lost in thought, I felt a tap on my shoulder. I looked over, and saw Kokichi.
"Hey Shumai! What are you thinking about? Are you thinking about me~?" he asked. "W..what? That's not it at all!" I responded. "Hm? Then what were you thinking about?" "U-um.. nothing, just thinking about the party-" I stopped as I saw Kokichi's grin turn into a straight face.
Kokichi POV
did shuichi just fucking lie to me
i mean not that its his first time lying to me but like, why is he lying about thinking about kayayday?
"Hey Shuichi, did you just lie to me right now?" I asked. He looked at me, and said "What are you talking about?"
"You're thinking about Kaede aren't you?"
"Oh.. Well-"
"Hey you idiots! What are you talkin' bout?" Miu interrupted our conversation. That bitch. He was just about to respond to me.
"Anyways, remember when fuckin' Kokichi played that knife game with Poo-chi?"
"..Huh? Miu, you saw that?" Shuichi looked confused as he said that.
"Hell yeah I do, I see everything!"
"Nyeh.. I can see everything too with my maaaagiic." said Himiko.
"Hey Shuichi, didn't you say something to Kokichi once?" asked Kiibo. "Huh? What did I say?" asked Shuichi. "Oh.. let me refresh my memory."
"I think you said.. 'You're alone Kokichi. And you always will be' or something lie that."
Oh that's nice.
"Whaaa? Shuichi, you really said that?~" I said. Of course he did, I don't have memory loss.
Shuichi looked at me. "Kokichi.. you actually do remember that.. don' t you?"
Quick, play dumb! "..Who's Kokichi?" NOT THAT DUMB-
"Kokichi.. stop playing dumb. I remember me saying those words, and I regret it. Do you remember it or not?"
"Yeah you fucking lying abortion! Do you remember it or not?" said Miu.
"Damn Miu, you weren't even there when he said it!" I said. "Also yeah, I remember. By the way, Shuichi, maybe you should.. move on from the past?!" I was hoping he'd take the hint and move on from Kaede.
"Um.. I guess?" Shuichi seemed pretty confused from what I said.
Shuichi, do you really not get what I'm saying-
