Meanwhile back at camp after many hours, the sun was rising slowly and warriors started to wake up, including Robinstar. As soon as she did, she padded into the nursery to greet her kits with Lionheart. She stared sadly at the three sleeping kits of Blazefang, whom had not returned.

Robinstar smiled as her kits came to greet her. "Hello mam." Cloudkit mewed softly as he rubbed against his mothers legs. Robinstar purred and walked over to their nests, followed by the kits and her mate. She lay herself down and Lionheart sat behind her.

"Where is Blazefang?" Sparrowkit blinked as she sat down by Robinstars belly.

"He went out last night, he'll be back soon." Robinstar lied. She knew he had run away, she could sense it.

"Are you sure?" Cloudkit asked, sitting himself down by his sister. Robinstar nodded and the family looked over at the kits who were starting to mew in distress and hunger. Pearlstep was doing all she could to feed the hungry kits as her own. Robinstar smiled, she could tell how hard the she-cat was trying.

At that moment, Lightfur padded to the entrance of the nursery. He looked in and his gaze fell on Robinstar. She looked up at him and saw him flick his tail, urging her to come.

"I'll be right back." She mewed to her family, then she carefully got to her paws and jumped over the two kits and over to Lightfur.

"Robinstar! Your kits are 6 moons you know?!" He mewed.

"No, they're 5!" Robinstar insisted, giving the med cat a stern look for playing a trick on her.

"But what about the war?!" Lightfur mewed quietly in disrress, "They need to be warriors to forfill the prophecy!" He yowled in dispair.

"Prophecy?" Sparrowkit asked, poking her head out of the nursery. She was listening to their conversation.

Lightfur and Robinstar turned to the kit, wide eyed. "No no, nothing now go back to daddy!" Robinstar mewed nervously.

"Wait, what prophecy?!" Sparrowkit asked, refusing to move.

Lightfur sighed, "Uh, i better be going..." And with that he turned and quickly scurried off.

"Uh, Sparrowkit, darling, as much as i love you your not ready to hear this, now go to daddy." Robinstar mewed gently, then she turned but as she started to walk a sharp pain tingled up her tail. When she turned, Sparrowkit had Robinstars tail held tight in her sharp little teeth.

"Tell me." She said, her voice muffled from her mothers tail. Roninstar sighed and turned arouns to face her kit and they sat in the entrance of the nursery. Making sure nobody was around, she bent down to her kit.

"War will spread, when water runs red....... With bravery of a hawk, speed of lightning and the grace of a sparrow, over land and sea, together forever is where they will be..." She whispered to her kit."And, your the Sparrow." She added.

Sparrowkits eyes grew wide, "I'm in the prophecy?" She asked happily.

"Yes, sweetie." Robinstar sighed. She didn't want to lay this on her kits shoulder at such a young age.

"Well, i need to be a warrior straight away! I need to grow up fast!" Sparrowkit insisted.

Robinstars heart sank, "No! Please don't let this get to your head, your only a kit!" She mewed desperately. Sparrowkit looked at her mother.

"Wait... Do i have to fight in the war?" She asked, her happiness turning into fear. Robinstar hesitated, then shook her head.

"You won't be a warrior, no need to worry..." She lied. Her muscles tensed, she hated lieing so lieing to her kit, she felt as if she should be punished by loosing half her lives. Robinstar looked down at her kit. "Now, dawn patrol." She turned away from the frightened kit, "Coalfur! Waterfall! Get your apprentices and lets head out!" She shouted across camp to the warrior den. She heard them stir in their dens then she turned backto her kit sympathetically. Sparrowkit was looking up at her sadly. Robinstar mouthed the word Sorry then padded away to greet Coalfur and his apprentices Cherrypaw and Waterfall.

Sparrowkit watched her mother disappear into the damp forest, then turned back to her brother. She started to walk back to her father and Cloudkit, then heard the soft purring of Nightwing behind her.
