balcony and shut the door behind her before his statement struck her.
"With the what? Edmund!" She called out and snatched open the bedroom door briskly in hopes of catching his retreating form but he was long gone. "Okay, It's gonna be okay; Remember your classes" She took calming breaths "It's just dinner with one of the most famous royal families in the world, "No big deal" she sighed and threw herself on the really soft bed in exhausion. She still had a few hours until said dinner so she was sure she could sneak a little nap before... she was shocked out of her train of sleepy thoughts by the door snaping open with a loud whine.
"Oh, I'm sorry, I haven't gotten used to knocking on Edmunds door yet"
"Princess Elena" Demetrise sat up straight as a board on the bed.
"Just Elena would do" She smiled faintly and wallked gracefully in her heeled shoes into the room, letting the door shut itself.
"You just missed Edmund, I thought he was coming to you"
"No, he'll do everything in his power to avoid the lectures I'm about to give him" She said which made Demetrise giggle a little. "I'm actually here for you" Elena finished as she sat on the bed.
"Oh?" Demetrise said in sophisticated realization
"Edmund loved Aurora"
'No shit' "Aurora Black?" Demetrise questioned "I am aware of that, she's old news now" Demetrise frowned not liking the topic of conversation.
"I assume you know the whole story of their separation"
"Your parents didn't like her?" Demetrise fed on the information Edmund had given her.
"Southern Gwenleria and Northern Gwenleria are not really in good terms at the moment so both parents forbade their children from joining their part of the country"
"Aurora is..." Demetrise was unable to finish her sentence so she gaped like a fish instead. 'Aurora and Edmund would have been perfect for each other'
"Why are you telling me this?" She frowned.
"Aurora is rich and influential, you're not, the moment I find out the real reason you're here which is to use my brother for your own selfish reasons, I will bring you down faster than you can breathe" and just like that, Elena flipped Demetrise's switch.
