As expected the teacher was just entering the classroom and was walking beside me. He looked at me and smiled and said," Late again? "

I just smiled awkwardly towards him and tried to fasten my pace but that was awkward too so I walked with him.

He entered the class and greeted everyone while I sat down at an empty place near the window.

One of my classmates whispered to me, "Psst Sara, have you got the notes from last class?"

I just hummed in response and passed my notebook for him to copy.

Before the class finished, he handed me the notebook and said something unexpected, "Thank you and I want to tell you something. "

"Go ahead," I replied figuring out his name because I swear I saw him for the first time.

"I think you really cute and pretty so can you go out with me this weekend?"

"You think so?"

"Yeah, I noticed you in the library the other day and I was mesmerized," he said with wonder.

I mentally laughed.

"But first how many girls have you dated before?"

"Three mains and some childish ones."

"Really? That's a lot."

"That doesn't matter, are you coming with me or not?"

"I just have two things to say."

"I'm ready but it better be a 'yes'."

"Firstly I don't know your name infact I saw you for the first time and secondly I think you should think out of the box and please for God's sake love isn't just looking at someone and being mesmerized, it only happens in movies and I just think your very cheesy and you never had a real relationship and the girl was the first was to leave. So. Don't. Play. Smart. With. Me!" I said in one breath.

He was awestruck when he heard me say all I read about him and it was true.

I should be a detective or mind reader? Damn.

"Thank me later lad." I winked and walked away leaving that foolish duck dumbfounded.

I was just laughing so hard when a hand held mine and said, "What are you laughing about doll?"

Now Yoandri's voice made my happy moments slip out. I just couldn't be as free as I was, he somehow always made me scared, timid.

"Down to earth?" He again said.

"Oh yeah." I looked down.

"Why were you laughing?"

"You saw it didn't you?"

"Damn your reading skills, your worth teaching." He smiled proudly.

"Why are you here anyway? Didn't see enough of me in the morning. "

"Was checkin' on my doll just that all eyes are down."

"Creep." I tried to jerk his hand but he tightened it.

"You can say so. I know more about you than you do." He said darkness filled in his tone.

"L-like?"

"Go to class." He let go of my hand and walked away while I followed his figure moving away.

I always felt uneasy about his words, rather his unusual words. But I never could question back the meaning behind it. I stuttered.
