It was the night of the party and Luke was running around the house trying to get things ready. So far he knew Niall, Harry, Liam and Ashton were coming over. Calum and Maddie were visiting tomorrow with the rest of the lot.

"Michael get your lazy butt off the couch and help me get ready!" Luke screamed running past said boy to make sure the door wasn't burning. "You know you've become a real mum since Ashton showed up." Michael hummed entering the room with a smirk. "Yeah well what ever just vacuum the den and set up the party favors." Luke commanded as he stirred the barbecue wennies. "It's official you've become Liz. That's it I'm leaving." Michael joked. "Good, because you never pay rent." Luke shot back. "Alright then I'll stay, my New Years Resolution is to get a job." "Good, now get out of my kitchen."

The first to arrive were Niall and Harry with Lux and Lou following them. "You brought the child!" Michael cheered when he saw Lux. "Excuse him, new house mate." Luke explain at Lou's confusion of who he was. Harry perked up at the sight of Lux and hogged her all night. "You sure Harry isn't a girl?" Michael joked sitting next to Niall on the couch. "Oh I'm sure, as many times as I've-" Luke cut off the soon to become vulgar sentence. "THERE IS A CHILD!" Luke screamed covering Michael's ears. "And Lux is too young to hear things like that." Luke smirked and ran away as Michael reached out to hit him. The rest laughed as Michael chased Luke into the kitchen.

Then the doorbell rang and the two stopped trying to kill each other. "Would you get that dear I'm trying to get food ready." Luke attempted to charm Michael. Michael just rolled his eyes and went to the door. He heard Michael greet who he assumed was Zayn and Liam, and didn't notice the approaching footsteps. So when two arms wrapped around with waist like any cliché book (duh) his natural response was to scream (like a girl, duh) and hit said person until he stopped having heart palpitations. And when he turned around and noticed it was none other than Ashton (duh again) and hit him lightly on the chest. But then he gave him the tightest hug. "Hey Princess, I missed you too."
