A blonde was prancing around her room as she waited for her mate to get back. Edward heard her and smiled as he walked up to their room. Leaning against the door, he watched his mate dance. "You're teasing, flower."

"Sorry." She replies as she ran to him. "What are we going to do today?"

"I was thinking that the two of us can go for a stroll."

Ava smiled and kissed him. "I hope I get to see Hanna."

Edward smiled at that, but was not looking forward to Rosalie as the girl thought she was more beautiful than his mate. To him. Ava was perfect.

The two walked hand in hand around Rochester. Edward not letting go as the woman were envying his mate's beauty, but to him, Ava was everything he wanted. He saw Rosalie and rolled his eyes as he heard her thoughts. "You look beautiful today, Rosalie."

"Thank you, Ava."

Edward glared at the blonde making Ava grab his hand. "Edward, let's go. We have a lot to do."

"Yes, my flower." He replies as he wrapped an arm around her. "I still don't like her."

"I know, but try to not glare next time."

Edward gave her a look making her giggle. Edward kissed her making her smile. "I love you, flower."

"I love you, grumpy." She teased making him shake his head. "Are we going to shop or are we going to go home for some alone time?"

Edward groaned knowing how she manages to tease. Since Hanna wasn't there to save Ava, he was going to take every chance he has and spend it with her.

That night, Ava arrived with Edward when the smell of human blood caught their attention. "Edward?"

"Let's go see what happened."

Ava held Edward's hand as they walked in. Ava gasped once they walked into the hospital room. There laid the Hale sisters. "What happened?" Ava asked with tears in her eyes as she looked at Hanna.

"I don't know what happened, but what ever happened, these two didn't deserve it." Carlisle tells his daughter. "Edward, get her to bed."

"Okay." He replies as he grabbed his mates hand. "Let's get you to bed, flower."

Ava nodded as she was not looking forward to this. She hopes that Hanna and Rosalie takes up to their new life better than Edward did at first, but if they don't, Ava promises she will help them.
