Chapter 12: i'm not going anywhere

no ones pov:

"is everything ready" overhaul sat on the black couch across from the anonymous person "yes everything is ready love" the person smirked and said "good i want everything to go as planned" overhaul sat back shaking his head "and what are you gonna do if the kid has a quirk?" the person looked at him annoyed "then plan B happens" he rolled his eyes and said sarcastically "oooo risky you must really hate this kid" the person looked at him crossing their arms "oh you have no idea..... Anyways i'll see you in two months" overhaul got up and said "bye darling" watching her leave shaking his head he mumbled under his breath "always for the wrong reasons my love"

Time skip~ 2 months later

It has been two months since you and Katsuki got together and in full honesty your relationship couldn't get any better.....

Overhaul was reviewing some test when his phone went off "hello?" "it's time" he recognized the voice and said "on it"

Meanwhile.....

school had just ended and y/n and Mina had been put on the planning committee for the UA festival you two started brainstorming ideas "ok so i'm thinking orange suits and Jirio singing" y/n said as she walked next to her best friend. Mina bounced up and said "OMG YESSSS and Bakugo can play the drums" y/n got excited "omg yes i'll see if he's up to it" out of no where a voice that was music to y/n's was heard "see if i'm up to what?!" Bakugo had snuck up and grabbed y/n's waist hugging her from behind. y/n turned around and jumped on him hugging him "Hi handsome" she kissed his cheek but was soon interrupted by the class representative himself Iida "TAKAMI! BAKUGO! THAT IS VERY INAPPROPRIATE FOR SCHOOL GROUNDS" he said as he karate chopped the air "SHUT IT 4 EYES" y/n grabbed Bakugo and pulled him away but was stopped by Aizawa and her dad "y/n can we see you for a sec" aizawa said calmly. y/n kissed Bakugo's cheek and said "brb baby don't kill anyone" y/n walked over to the classroom and said "what's up dad?" hawks sighed "your mom called she went into labor and wants you to come see her" y/n looked confused knowing her dad had to leave for work in a bit "i'm not going alone" she said worried that she would have to go alone hawks grabbed her shoulder reassuringly and said "i have to work your old enough to take one of your friends so take one of the boys Preferably Bakugo or Kiri" y/n smiled at the fact her dad knew that she didn't want to be alone "kk imma go change by dad love you be safe" after y/n left both men sighed in relief Aizawa looked at hawks and said "at least she didn't freak out this time i don't see why she has to see her she has a new kid now" hawks sighed and shook his head "i don't know but i think if i keep Camila happy by letting her see y/n every once in a while then she'll lay off" aizawa gave hawks a dirty look "or she'll attempt to kill her AGAIN" hawks looked at the ground "true true as long as y/n's happy we're all good"

meanwhile...in the other room

y/n walked up to Bakugo and started pulling him towards the dorms "woah someone's eager today" y/n turned and smacked him "that's not why i'm dragging you moron were going somewhere" Bakugo rubbed his arm where she hit him and said "and where are we going" y/n smiled "the hospital my mother is in labor and claims to need to see me" Bakugo rolled his eyes as y/n dragged him to the dorms "joy i get to see your mother again" y/n rolled her eyes and said "fine i'll ask midoriya to go with me" Bakugo looked at her like she had killed a cat "Shut up i didn't say i wasn't going" y/n cut in "you were complaining" the went back in forth till they got to there dorm rooms "Just go change whiny pants" y/n turned around and said "i hope izuku facetimes you and rants about all might" after that she went to her dorm room and changed she left and knocked on Bakugo's door he came out and then they left. they got to the hospital room that Camila was in and y/n took a deep breath staring at the door then she turned to Bakugo to say "stay here were in a hospital she can't hurt me here well physically at least" Bakugo looked into y/n's eyes and said "i don't like this but ok" he leaned down and kissed her then gave her a second kiss but this time on the cheek "be careful i don't wanna see you hurt" y/n nodded then entered the room to see her mother being handed a newborn baby by her new husband y/n had never met him till now "he seems quirkless just like you wanted hunny" Camila spoke up "well isn't that perfect!" y/n rolled her eyes as she closed the door "your still on that kick?" Camila looked over now holding the baby "ah yes finally y/n you took forever" y/n looked around and said "yeah whatever you needed to see me?" Camila gave y/n a dirty look "yes come meet you new brother Kai". y/n raised a brow "um hi Kai" y/n turned over looking at Camila "try not to abandon or attempt to murder this one" Camila's husband stepped in "um hi Steve nice to meet you y/n" he put out his hand to shake y/n's but y/n just stood there "um ok well i'm sure my lovely wife would never harm a child for the wrong reasons maybe you just had nightmare young one" y/n raised an eyebrow and thought to herself 'and he's crazy great' Camila handed Steve the baby and the sat up to say "LET IT GO YOU BRAT I ONLY HAD THIS KID TO REPLACE YOU BECAUSE YOU BECAME A QUIRK HAVING WORTHLESS PEICE OF CRAP THAT IS WHY YOU'LL NEVER BE A HERO JUST LIKE I TOLD YOU WHEN YOU WERE A KID. YOU'LL. NEVER. BE. A. HERO." y/n fought back the urge to cry but she wouldn't let Camila see her like that "were done now" y/n said as she left the room. y/n got out the room and wiped her face to get rid of any stray tears Bakugo noticed almost immediately "what happened you seem upset" y/n walked up to Bakugo kissed his cheek then said "i don't really wanna talk about it right now Katsu, you wanna go out to eat" she pulled out hawks credit card "first of all please tell me when your ready second of all why do you have that babe isn't that your dad's" y/n giggled he'll be ok now come on i'm starving"

2 weeks later~

after about two weeks the changes in y/n's mood were noticeable to anyone and everyone was beyond worried

Bakugo's pov:

ever since that stupid trip to see y/n's mom she hadn't been the same and everyone could see it she hasn't been paying attention in class more then usual she hasn't been hanging out with the squad or me as much as she used to after class i went up to her "hey Teddybear wanna hang out?" she lightly smiled "not today kats i don't feel well" i kinda got upset "oh ok i love you feel better" she smiled and kissed me "i love you too" then she left to her dorm i pulled out my phone and texted someone who knew her pretty well

Bakugo: hey can we meet up?

y/n's dad: yeah sure where?

Bakugo: cafe around the corner

y/n's dad: on my way!

i went to my dorm and changed really quick then left i looked around then i saw him "hey you needed to see me?" i looked up at him and asked the question that had been on my mind for the past two weeks "yeah is y/n always acting weird after she visits her mother?" he sighed and said "not unless Camila said something about y/n's childhood did she tell you what her mom said to her cause she hasn't spoken to me much" i shook my head "no she hasn't i told her to tell me when she was ready" his phone rang out of no where after about 5 minutes he said "i'm on my way" he hung up then sighed " there's been a murder in the area i gotta go try and ask her to tell you if that doesn't work ask shinso to do plan b" i gave him a confused look "why shinso?" he started fly up "lets just say he has a way to get y/n to open up one way or another see you at our internship bakugo" i swear its like y/n and shinso have dated it annoying but when there around each other it's like they are brother and sister

meanwhile......

y/n laid there on her bed she couldn't take it anymore her mother's voice repeated in her head telling her she'll never be a hero she hadn't been like this since she was a kid. she didn't want to bother Katsu or her friends, but her father was at work so she decided to text the only other person that felt like family

y/n<3: hey can you come by i rlly need someone:(

Toshi<3: on my way!!!

shinso grabbed his phone and jacket and headed straight for y/n's room he knew she had been acting weird but knew that if he gave her the space and time she open up without him asking he got to her dorm and knocked but there was no answer "y/n?" he opened the door and was attacked by y/n who had latched onto his shirt and was sobbing "why wasn't i good enough for her Toshi why doesn't she believe i can be a hero" he knew y/n wasn't doing good but he didn't think she was this bad, this was so bad it was like every crying sesh they had as kids together put into one. he looked down at her and rubbed circles on her back while slowly sitting on the floor holding her "shhh it's ok i'm here now tell me everything that happened at the hospital" y/n explained everything and eventually shinso calmed her down enough so she could play video games with him mid game y/n hears the door jiggle and she knew who it was "babe we need to talk right now it's imporda-" y/n jumped onto Bakugo holding his shirt sobbing again shinso thought to himself 'either she's really not ok or she's starting to open up' Bakugo looked down and saw y/n sobbing in his shirt "baby?" y/n kept crying but managed to get a few words out "i'm sorry baby i really didn't mean to worry you i wanted to tell you i really did but i didn't want to be a burden" Bakugo looked her with wide eyes he had never seen her like this "it's ok teddybear listen you'll never be a burden" he started to rub circles on her back then he looked over to shinso and mouthed 'did she tell you?' shinso nodded and turned off the game he smiled as he looked over to bakugo holding y/n protectively "go ahead and tell him y/n he's not gonna go anywhere time soon i know most people left but i know he won't now i gotta go train with my dad i love you text me if you need me sissy pooh" bakugo looked up and mouthed a thanks to shinso he waited till shinso left then he picked up y/n carrying her onto the bed covering her with a blanket making her comfortable still holding as she cried "i'm all ears teddybear tell me what's on your mind i'm not going anywhere i promise i'm gonna be by your side no matter what"
