Chapter 8: not my boyfriend

Y/n's pov :
I blushed as my mother walked out I realized what she said and I yelled at her "first of all he's not my boyfriend he's my best friend" I thought to my self 'and secretly my crush' then I spoke again "and second of all don't come back" I couldn't help but laugh. Bakugo's arm was still wraps arms my shoulders I was trying to hard not to blush it wasn't working "anywho we should get back to class". I noticed Kiri looking around Kiri looked at me and said "hey where's kaminari" I turned white remembering what I did to him Bakugo looked at me confused I looked down and said " wellllll we got into an argument Bc he dragged me so I kinda overly zapped him" suddenly kami came through the door in idiot mode Mina and Kiri got up and yelled "HIDE ALL THE BATTERIES". Mr Aizawa rolled his eyes and said "class dismissed Bc I'm to tired for your shit today" everyone got up and started to leave I saw Bakugo getting ready to leave so I chaseed after him " hey Kacchan wait up" I finally caught up to him he looked at me all confused I continued speaking "I wanted to thank you for helping me out back there are you going to Mina's party tonight?"
Bakugo's pov:
Class dismissed and I started to walk out when I heard y/n calling out to me she caught up to me and started speaking and all I couldn't think of was how gorgeous her eyes were they were so mesmerizing she finished speaking and I started to blush lightly "o-oh it was no problem and yeah I'm going to the party are are you?" Did I just stutter what is she doing to me ?!!
No ones pov:
Mina grabbed Kiri and said "Kiri do you see what I see?" Kiri looked confused "um no" Hawks came up behind them both "I ship let me know if you need help getting them together I like him" Mina thought for a sec and said " I think I have the plan" they all leaned in and listened to her plan. "Does everyone understand the plan" she said Kiri looked scared "yeah but if I get killed it on you" hawks chuckled "I understand thank god I got the easy part of it tho". With that they left to go work on the plan kiri went to Bakugo's room he walked in and sat at Bakugo's desk "heyyyy Bakubro sooooo I was thinking maybe you could take y/n to Mina's party like as a date it would be very manly?!" He shrugged "hm ok I'm gonna get dressed first tho" Bakugo walked away Kiri sighed in relief "holy shit I'm still alive I like this Bakugo he's calmer"
Meanwhile at y/n's room
Hawks came in "hey baby bird" y/n looked up from her phone and sat up from her bed "oh hey dad what's up" he started to calm down a bit "ok so don't freak out butttt " she cut him off "what did you do this time" he look offended "I have a surprise for you meany" she raised an eyebrow "ok so what is it " he smirked and said "ok so Bakugo is taking you to the party tada yeah I know I'm the best dad ever you don't need to tell me" y/n got all excited "OMG REALLY WAIT.... what will I wear" he started to laugh at her "yes really anddddd-" he walked into her closets and pulled out a jacket, a dress, boots, some accessories and laid them on the bed " wear this he'll love it". Y/n walked into her bathroom and got dressed she pulled her hair into pig tails and put on light natural makeup and then walked out and said "what do you think dad do you think he'll like it?" Hawks looked at her in Aw his babygirl was growing up "you look beautiful sweety of course he'll love it" she smiled at her dear father " thanks dad" there was a sudden knocked on the door hawks walked up and opened it he saw Bakugo and didn't hesitate to tell him "hello Bakugo treat her right! Understand?"
Bakugo's POV :
Oh shit I didn't think her dad would be here I tried to gather my words "yes of course" is all I could say that's when i heard a sweet voice "h-hey katsuki" she looked absolutely stunning "hey y/n"
Y/n's pov:
My dad opened the door I saw katsuki in a maroon shirt black jeans and black jacket he looked amazing I managed to get the words hey out. my dad started to push us out the door and said " have fun you two don't do anything I would do" I rolled my eyes " bye dad" and with that we left as we walked to the party I got the confidence to say "you look really hot katsuki" he started to stutter " y-you look really nice to y/n" we finally got to the party Mina ran up to us "omg hey guys!!" Kiri was with her "hey guys " tbh they look cute asf together hm maybe they should date "hey you two" they grabbed Bakugo "BAKUGO WE NEED TO TALK TO YOU" I kinda got uncomfortable so I said " I'm gonna get a drink" and with that I left to the kitchen I accidently ran into someone i was about to say sorry but then i heard "omg it's you" i looked up and saw someone i never thought i'd see again "omg is it really you" i got really excited. it was my childhood best friend Hitoshi Shinso "yeah it's me it's been a while what are you doing here" it had literally been forever since we talked because he moved and went to a different school "oh m here with Bakugo just hanging with friendS" i finally decided to pour myself a drink we countiued to talk as i sipped my drink slowly.

Bakugo's pov:

I watched as y/n talked to that Shinso kid they seem close a little to close i bet he's her ex ugh i just wanna walk up and punch him but i don't want to upset y/n cause i could just be overthinking this they are just laughing and talking and i'm just so jealous Mina and Kiri looked at me and they both say at the same time "oooo somebody's jellyyyy" i got even more angry Mina got in front of me and said " dont worryyy i got this WHO WANTS TO PLAY TRUTH OR DARE IN THE LIVING ROOM" I rolled my eyes this isn't going to end well i just hope she see's that i like her.
