"I- I AHHHH! Sofia! She proposed! I said no- I mean I said maybe! I don't know!" Lilith says covering her face. "Oh- I didn't know.. Here.. Let's get some coffee!", I say. I grabbed her arm, picked her up, gave her a hug, then walked her to our island in the middle of our kitchen. She sat down as I poured her and me both a cup of coffee. I hand her the unusually shaped mug then sit down. "Okay, So, You said maybe? Honestly I don't blame you.. It is kinda out of the blue" I say. "But I do love her, Y/N! I said no because I'm not ready. I don't even know if she truly loves me. When she looks at me it doesn't feel the same as it used too. It's different Y/N. This is so stupid. Why can't I just commit to this?" Lilith says rushing her words to where they almost don't even sound like words. I look at LIlith and say, "Lilith! Lilith! Hey! Calm down! You need time! And if she can't see that then, well, she doesn't deserve you. You are perfect just the way you are Lilith. If you don't feel like getting married at the moment that's fine." I shake her shoulder softly, " It's a big commitment, especially since you haven't been together very long.." I remove my hand from her shoulder then she looks me in the eyes. I start to look back at her and it, well, it feels different? She moves closer. I look away. "Look all I'm saying is.. If you don't feel as if she's not the right one then don't get married, if you do then give it a bit." I say. "I don't know anymore..", Lilith says look me back in the eyes. This time I look away almost immediately. "Think about it, you have time, you don't need to make a decision right away. Anyways what does it matter if you don't work out? You're still a queen." I say as I start to hold her shoulder. When we were younger she used to grab my shoulder all the time and it would just make it seem as if building a rock fortress was a big deal, so I started doing it, and now I use it all the time. I lean closer to Lilith, "Lilith?". Lilith looks up from her mug half full of coffee. She looks in my direction. "Uhm, Y/N?" Lilith says. "Yes?" I mutter. She leans closer and I start to get dizzy and confused. "Lilith are you okay? Uhm.. you're a little too close for comfort." I say. Lilith looks at me in the eyes, grabs my button up Pajama shirt and kisses me. I blush then turn away then look back. "LILITH!!! YOU'RE PRACTICALLY ENGAGED!?", I yell. Lilith looks at me frightened, "WHAT! I DIDN'T- I'm so sorry!" "It's alright. Let's just agree that, that kiss, meant nothing to the either of us." I say. But I lied. When she kissed me I liked it? But I can't! SHE'S ENGAGED! Ugh! I don't know, maybe it meant nothing to her? I just want to erase that from my memory and forget it, for the better. "Agreed." Lilith says then backs away from before. I awkwardly grab her now empty mug and set it in the sink along with mine. "So Sofia, ey?" I say. Lilith grins. "Did she get all dressed up and preppy? Or like was she chill?", I question. Lilith laughs, "She dressed in the new elegant fashion." She says then strikes a pose, as if to mock the style. "HAHA! Stop! That's mean!" I say. "Anyways! You've got work in 30 minutes! Better get ready! I gotta work on my paintings to sell!" I say. "OH! Your right! I'm gonna be late!" Lilith says. I laugh, "Aha! Yea right!"
